The manager was very nice she was doing her best being the only one there
I line the new look. The sandwich looked a bit thin seems like they baked the bread a tad less wide. It was still delicious though

Ms orange hair, she can’t talk or say hello. Won’t talk loud enough for an older person to hear her. He customer service skill are terrible. I won’t be back to this store.Too 5 minutes to be acknowledged and I was only customer in the store at 3:50 in the afternoon.
My third time there in a row and they haven’t had tuna. Management is a joke here. Worst subway in Tyler by far.

The one employee has long hair loose the other male employee wearing mask above his lip not coving his nose.Other male employee thought it was funny about mask not right.
I am highly upset with this location on Loop 323 The cashier drop my son sandwich which was order online The sandwich was extremely cold and we order in the parking lot and was in the store within 10 minutes of ordering. The customer service was horrible I mean she didn't offer to make the sandwich over I guest because it was in a bag ?. Never again .
