I had a buffalo sandwich (comprised of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and American cheese) on 6-inch wheat bread, with some chips and a small drink. It was real good.
Hands down one of the best subways I’ve been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and handled my sandwich with care. I felt welcomed and the food was great. Can’t wait to come again !!
Pulled up to order at drive through but the guy, politely, told me he was the only one there and I needed to go in. I went in, where he was helping someone before me. The guy, John, was amazing! He was doing his very best to help her and me at the same time while directing people to come in, that pulled up. The sandwich came out perfect and his attention to detail and great customer service couldn't be better! Thanks John! Keep up the great work and I hope you get a raise, cause you deserve it!
They were obviously short staffed but our sandwiches were made super fast. Hope they hire help. A line of customers poured in behind us.
So when you get off work late and try to get a sandwich at 9:45, this place will tell you "we're closed" while their "Open" sign is still on.Absolute worst Subway in Tyler

My name is Aaron and I'm a delivery driver for Uber Eats and I'm in and out of this place pretty often. I like subway for all the reasons that I don't like all the other chains. I mean it just doesn't get any more fresh than Subway. Unless you want to go to the grocery store and buy all the stuff and make the sandwich yourself. So order your next Subway off your Uber Eats app on your phone in the Tyler area, and I guarantee I will deliver your food the exact way I would want my own food delivered
I typically get the same thing when I come and thus visit made no exception. The bread was super hard, the chicken teriyaki was ice cold even though I asked for it to be warmed up. There was only 1 staff member in the restaurant so I cant be too harsh. I wont return to this location
Bread was stale. They messed up both sandwiches we ordered. Wrong toppings wrong sauce. They tried to charge me twice and when I went in to ask for my money back, I was treated very rudely. Covid precautions were not met. Do not go here. Stay away from this subway location. I promise you will regret spending your money here.
