I ordered on the app. Paid for extra cheese and meat but did not get it. When I called, the lady said the receipt did not say extra cheese and meat when it clearly did. Then she said "bring back the sandwich and I'll put more cheese on it" instead of offering to remake. No thanks. I won't order over the app anymore and expect for it to be right.

Door was locked employee was in side shen she decided to unlock the door their were 6 people in like and she struggled to get orders OutYall should be better staffed during rush hours
Italian BMT footlong was good, but the 5 stars is mainly for great customer service
It was ok. I would go back. They have limited items from time to time so you may want to call first.
Okay I just have to say this place was great. It was the people behind the counter that made this fun. Busy, yes, but they took it in stride, engaged with customers, and the food was fantastic! Seriously it was just fun being here. You guys are awesome and I will be back!
Paid $10 for a salad that barely had lettuce and meet but a lot of veggies.. salad also had paper in it from when they cut the ham on paper smh will NEVER eat here again !!!
Condescending and rude workers
They were busy, but my sandwich was worth the wait. She towered on my veggies and was nice.
My first visit at this Subway. The server was nice and patient. We were very pleased with the great sandwiches.
