The team at this location was short shift workers when we went and the on-duty manager was a tad stressed, but they did a great job despite the longer wait. Nice, clean new location. Hopefully they'll get more people on board soon. Time for folks to get back to work.

I’m not sure what it is but this Starbucks tasted different than others in Tyler. Every drink I get from there is bland. I get the same drinks from other locations and they turn out perfectly fine AND they are super slow getting orders out.
There was a really long wait, however they were all handling the rush very well. I love my free red cup with my holiday coffee.
Great facility. Decent turn around time. The baristas didn’t engage with customers very well, though. I had to interrupt their tasks and talk louder to get their attention because they would not make eye contact or pay attention that I had been standing at the Mobile pick up area waiting for help.

My brother ordered and after quite a few minutes they got their 2 drinks. They made a cold coffee for my bro even though he ordered hot. Then they gave him completely different hot beverage in wrong size. We sat at the window at least 10-15 minutes
The absolute best Starbucks in Tyler. Its always very clean and never too crowded. What sets this location apart- the staff. They make you feel welcomed and important. Great job and keep making it happen!
