I have been a Starbucks lover for years! This location is always slow!!! Also, can’t keep full staff. Many times I have been there and the door is locked due to staff.
The baristas were super nice and efficient. Loved my caramel frappacino.
I Was in the drive through for an hour and 13 minutes!!!I arrived at 2:45pm and just wanted to order 2 cake pops and a frappe, but for some reason it took 5 cars 65 minutes to go through the line? When I finally ordered there was no one in front of me so I pulled up to the window and waited 8 more minutes, the staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, and the drink I got was so good! But I really hate having to wait that long just for one drink and two cake pops

We’re just passing through and we go to a lot of Starbucks- this one was the most efficient one we’ve ever been to. There was a very long drive-through line and a whole bunch of mobile orders. We walked in and were out of there after only waiting about 5 mins. Everyone was hustling but also very friendly- asking us how our morning was going. Well done Tyler Starbucks team!!!!
On 2/2/21 we waited from 10:47 to 11:14 to move 5 cars in the drive through. Once we reached the spot to order we waited another 7 minutes till our order was taken. 40 minutes sitting in a drive through line for drinks is not acceptable.
You know those times you tip before you have a chance to taste your Coffee and afterward you downright want to take the tip back because half these folks don't know what the Hell they're doing...This wasn't wasn't one of those times.I swear the Batista here (hands down) made me the best Americano I have ever had.(Venti, 5 shot, 3 raw sugar with heavy whip on top. And it was PIPING HOT!!! (Shes a regular Stanley Steamer)...And I've been to Starbucks all over the United States!It was the Best damn cup of Coffee I've ever had. DO U HEAR ME!!!!That chic deserves a raise...
Extremely courteous and professional service. Everyone is so friendly! Easy access in and out. Recommend all Starbucks/Coffee lovers visit this location. I will be back!
Bought a medium white chocolate mocha and received my cup half full… not worth what I paid for…
I used to love going to this Starbucks. But this is now the second time I have ordered 15 minutes ahead, waited in the the store for 15 minutes and then have been told it will another 30 minutes. Today the lady working was extremely rude and was saying to customers, “you’re really going to wait 30 minutes?” She was also saying how she didn’t care about time that they should have scheduled more people.
