Kayla went above & beyond on my service today. I had ordered drinks through grub eats and needed my order altered and she completely fixed everything over the phone for me & helped me to even figure out the type of refreshers me & my coworkers wanted. She was Extremely patient and knowledgeable on the different flavors and what they would taste like in order to help me figure out the perfect refreshing taste! Thanks again Kayla!
This place NEVER remembers to give me my caramel drizzle. And when I ask they look at me like I’m crazy. Like I just want what I ordered ??♀️
The coffee was great and the atmosphere of sitting and enjoying the company of friends was even better. Thanks Starbucks.
ALWAYS superb service. Prompt, professional, friendly and deliciously satisfying. Even during busy times of the day the line moves at a steady pace. Baristas are outgoing yet focused on ensuring customer satisfaction ANY TIME OF DAY. Great place!
I visit this Starbucks often when I am in town. Today I respectfully asked for a holiday plastic cup for my Hot Chocolate. I was informed from the cashier that they were used only for certain holiday beverages (Apparently hot chocolate isn't a holiday drink). I proceeded with my order and was told that their bagels were all sold out (It was only 9AM lol). Anyways, I proceeded to wait for my drink and a REALLY KING young woman named Emma nonchalantly gave me one of the holiday cups to take home. She overheard the conversation I was having earlier and was so kind to step in. I will keep this cup forever and always remember there are actually kind people out there. Everyone in that store was rude except for Emma. Even a short-hair woman raised her voice to tell me I will not be getting the cup while I asked again.
Very clean, kind employees, and great environment. The only complaint and the reason for not giving 5 stars is because it took 14 minutes for a drink. There were employees standing around and there was only 3 customers in there. I saw no reason for it to take so long. The drive thru was empty as well so it wasn't due to it being busy or them needing more baristas.
My husband ordered me the oatmeal and they gave him a sack with the a pouch of instant oatmeal. No bowel or anything. I was told and under the impression that it would come made and ready to eat.
The drive through could use a chicFila training course and a smile
The app and online says open until 11 we were trying to grab some coffee before going out of town. The area had 6 cars in the parking spot with 5 on staff and 2 in the lobby that were customers. 2 cars in the drive thru and said sorry we served our last customer. Online orders still available. Ended up going to one that was down the road 10 minutes closed with new staff and they gladly took us in for our 2 drinks. Maybe get some people from corporate to assist them in customer service.
Please pay these people more money. I always have a good experience here, but every single time I come in there is always another guest who is being mean or yelling at the employees. They are obviously having to do A LOT with only 3 people working here. They are doing great, but it is very obvious that they are not happy. I'm not saying money fixes everything, but when my company increased our pay this year, it definitely made a difference in our attitude and outlook. These people are sweating and moving fast constantly. I'm sure they haven't even had a chance to get any water. I am sitting here waiting for my order and I am so thankful for these associates today. I hope the company can show that it is thankful for them as well. Keep it up.
