Had a call ahead order at another location and made the wrong drink so I stopped in this location and they fixed issue with a smile!? thank you

Our fam stopped in for breakfast before heading out of town, and it was great - great food, great coffee and great service! Everything was as it was supposed to be and the guy helping us was super friendly. Love the location and the patio seating ... looks like it would be nice in the summertime with the fans on. Will be back!

I’m sorry to say this, but this is the slowest and worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Please, if the Manager happens to read these reviews: (1) nice folks work there - please train them better; (2) teach employees how to improve & speed up their performance, especially at the drive-thru window - too much chit-chatting with co-workers instead of TCB; (3) order supplies sufficiently - you’re ALWAYS out of things; and, (4) I’m done with this Starbucks - tried it toomany times already.

This Starbucks is honestly the most horribly run Starbucks I’ve ever witnessed. If you go through the drive-thru the staff is quick, efficient and friendly. If you go inside be prepared to wait 30+ minutes even on a mobile order. I understand pushing drive-thru drinks first because the line will block traffic, but come on.I waited 47 minutes for 3 drinks once, all three came out a varying times and 2 were cold/lukewarm by the time the third came out.I tried again thinking it was maybe a one time thing, and again was disappointed with the wait time.Numerous friends have complained about the same thing.The drinks are made wonderfully and the staff is friendly, if I ever choose to try again it will be through the drive thru and I’ll pass on trying inside.

I don't understand why starbucks is hyped up to what is, they are overpriced, and the most frustrating part is how slow they are. I don't understand why I have to leave my house an hour early just to get a coffee? I only live 5 minutes away, my work is 5 minutes away from Starbucks. It makes no absolute sense. Even when I get their early in the morning when there are no other cars in the line they still manage to have me waiting 5-10 minutes.

This place sucks. They are slow. Never have the pastries you want. The inside is NASTY. Trash cans are over flowing. The floors look like they have never been clean

We arrived at 720pm and waited in line about 7-8 min or so. When it was our turn to order the lady informed us that the last customer was the last order for the day because they had too many mobile orders to take anymore. This was 30 min before they closed. I feel they should have told me before I waited in line. Stopped me at the door or something. It was very unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager and Abigail said she was the manager and said she was on the phone with the owner. Lost my business.

Only person in the store....ordered and had to wait 15 minutes to get a Grande Mocha....it seems you had 4 people working ...all servicing the drive thru---took my order and let me stand there----never coming back.

I tried the holiday flavor apple caramel creme Frappuccino and it's amazing! Ordered at lunchtime on a Wednesday from the parking lot, 3 cars in the drive thru, and it qas ready when I walked in. I love good quality service!

So very disappointed in our visit to your usual Starbucks. Nothing was normal about this visit. No whipped cream for drinks therefore drinks didn't taste the same. Disappointing! No Venti size cups so 2 talls? I don't see how that adds up.. I will be checking out another location.
