The meat here is reheated you can tell by the hard texture of the ribs . So gross to pay 18 bucks for old food is gross . I can’t believe people eat here ! The beans had food from the other food on counter I just couldn’t believe the quality of food was so low for the price . Food poison central is what it should be called! Ribs tasted like they cooked it stored it in fridge heated it up again but too long and then left it on a counter for hours !

The BBQ is just meh, the ribs are tasty, brisket is actually gross, turkey and sausage are both very good as is the friedOkra, and OMG those hot fresh dinner rolls. If you get the opportunity get ya some of the peach cobbler and blue bell, (may be one of the best I've ever had)Manager and staff were friendly and helpful, they could clean the place up a bit more though.

Had to give one star so I could pass on our experience. Horrible. The brisket was pre chopped sitting in a warming tray, all burnt ends and gristle. The ham was crispy burnt on the outside. Do not order the Mac n cheese, because it is neither of those. Was told I “can’t have the fried okra because that’s extra”, I said okay and was again told no. While the ‘manager’ stood there and watched.2 bad sandwiches, told what I could/could not order, no one offered us hot rolls, all for an outrageous price over $30.00.Will never bother them with our business again.

Food was good. We went when it it was slow so we didn't have to wait.

Went last night for dinner around 8:30 PM with my husband. The staff was too worried about pre-closing than making the customer happy. We asked for rolls and were told they were in the oven. We were seated for at least 25 minutes and not once were we offered hot rolls. The bread girl was too worried about cooking off ALL the bread and throwing it away… SMH, not once did I see a manager up front. Just a bunch of kids horsing around and laughing. I get having a good time at work but make sure your guests are being taking care of.As a teenager I worked at the location in Richardson and this is not how we treated guests. I still work in the restaurant business as a manager and I would not allow this type of behavior. No one even thanked us for coming in or told us goodbye. Very disappointing visit.

Been going to spring creek for 20 plus years and this location doesn’t seem to operate at the same standards I have grown familiar too. They don’t offer rib/sweet sauce even when asked. They didn’t make or pass any bread/rolls in the 20 minutes I was there. I even got up to ask about it to be told “it’s in the oven” definitely won’t be back to the Tyler location. Chris and Becky would be ashamed of this treatment of customers. Putting up chairs on tables while I am eating with my wife, the staff laughing and cutting up, more worried about preclosing than offering service. Disheartening really

Not real busy. I'm on Keto..so no rolls, or any veggies..meat & tea...so it's not conducive to go here ..they are known for family style vegetables..( all you can eat basically..except baked potato) and fresh hot baked in house rolls. Wish I could have ordered 1/2 lbs brisket 1/2 lbs sausage or turkey, but not on menu ..so I didn't ask. They don't list per lbs. Prices..only plates, sandwiches.

So Wednesday is a popular hang out there...get there early, packs up very quickly.Food is good, and the rolls are great.

The chicken was delicious. Potato salad was good. Slaw was a bit too tart for me. I like a sweeter slaw..The rolls are the best around.

I'm giving 3 stars because the food was, to me, somewhat average. The bbq was okay and the sides were nothing to write home about. The staff were nice and we enjoyed our visit but, all in all the food was okay, not great, but okay.
