We tried to make the online only BOGO free entree this morning. My wife attempted to make the order using her phone. But when she went to complete the order, it continued to say that there was an error, and the order couldn't be made. So I tried to make the order with my phone, getting the same message. So, she just got her entree and a drink. At times like this, the online only deals not working is a 'NOT SO GOOD DEAL!'.But, we'll continue coming to Sonic nonetheless!
They didn't answer our stall when we pushed the red button. I saw 2 other vehicles that pulled into stalls and got served before ours, so we finally went to order via drive through. Also, the tater tots weren't fresh, to me,it seemed the grease needed to be changed. However, I'll still go back and order the same meal as always.
They get our order wrong quite a bit, there's a few employees that do get your stuff but, the majority of the time, there's alot of young ones that just don't have a clue & really act like they just don't care to get anything right.
Service was fantastic fast and friendly food was good just not impressed we.were.looking for chilli as good as wienersnitzel (spelled wrong) but this fell way short needs more flavor
All I ordered was a Barq's root beer and they made it well. It's definitely a nice place, though. I'd imagine if I was here more often, I'd eat here more often, but I'm not, so I don't. The only thing I don't like about the location is really on me. When I first pulled up to the menu, I waited to place my order, only to realize the plaque that suspiciously looks like a speaker does not have one, and embarrassingly pulled up to the actual speaker to place my order ??♂️But all in all, it seems like a good place. I will come again if I just need a quick drink on my commute

Got 3 Blast, all of them were just a cup of ice cream with some crumbs on top. None mixed in at all. Chicken sandwich order was correct on the screen, still got it wrong. Not hard to cut tomatoes.
I love that this sonic is open for play! It had gotten late for the kiddos to play at the park but we're not ready to end the day and we played in the sand. Boys love it. Well lit and of course snack and drinks are great here!
This place close at 11pm and i come to get a shake at 10:30pm and they tell cant not do because they already clean the machine so this is not rigth if they close at 11 they need to serve tell is close the need to have better customer service
Fast and courteous. Good fresh hot food. Had to ask for my salt though. A nice place to visit for a sweet tooth too ?
