I've never had a fast food order messed up so terribly. I ordered three burgers, two of them with bacon, two tots, and two drinks. The car hop brought out three drinks, none of which I ordered, two burgers, one correct and one without bacon. I told him we are missing a burger and one burger is supposed to have bacon and "these aren't our drinks." The guy looked very confused, apologized, and said he would be back with our order. Ten minutes later and still no food! I buzzed the red button and explained to the order taker that we are waiting on our food we ordered now 20 minutes ago. He acted totally clueless and said "uh, I just got here. They said they are working on it." 5 more minutes go by and no food. I walk inside and tell them I'm waiting on two burgers both with bacon and two drinks. Everyone looked completely clueless. The guy who brought out are order gets something together and brings me a bag with ONE burger and without bacon. Lol! This is supposed to have bacon! And I need one more. And a sprite and root beer. Finally, after a few more minutes they got it right, by this time 30 minutes later!
Use the sonic app to order what I thought was going to be simple. Checked in waited 15 min . Then press the button to assure I was not doing anything wrong and the staff was rude stated she will have them out once they are made. 5 min later the staff Notify’s me their fountain machine isn’t working. It’s 11:30 in the morning and you didn’t know the found a home wasn’t working for drinks. And when asked about refund she was still rude . I’m not sure who need Folgers in their cup but Sonic needs to give staff hugs

They are short staffed. I had ordered 6 slushes.. mini grape medium blue raspberry with nerds cherry slush with cherries route 44 cranberry with lime and cherry lemonadeThe cherry lemanade was not a slush.. but anyways my sister said that's her new drank kmsfl
I wrk for doordash i don't know if there short handed but everything it's a issue... tablet not charged ??? ?30 mins later same no drive-thru here is it ok if dasher goes to door for order bc they seem to take longer if you are in stall
Eat here quite a bit as Is close by but today was the worst food ever Tried the new double meat double cheese with bacon. meat was over cooked and dry very little lettuce no onions no pickles and only small size tomato slice very dry sandwich large order onion rings must have been the very bottom of bag should have been thrown away instead of serving and each one had very little onoin and most breading and just over the size of a quarter awful meal couldn't eat it
The food was very well prepared. And the service was outstanding.
I got a chicken tender box and a large order of onion rings, food tasted awesome and was worth the little money I spent
Was surprised the onion rings were hot and crispy and got the new 99 cents Jr chili wrap... awesome...was a great sonic to go to this time.
