I’ve came here several time in the last few weeks and one of the workers there Makayla is the sweetest. She always has the biggest smiles and is happy to help no matter how complicated my order gets with my picky eaters at home. I’ve read several of the reviews and I hope they keep her around I adore her and i’m sure everyone else will too!!!
You never know if anyone is actually going to answer at the drive thru or not. Used to be a regular morning stop, but not anymore.
Customer service was horrible. Employees were arguing with each other. My order was missing items after waiting twenty plus minutes. Go to a different sonic.
Wow this is pretty bad. The store wasn't busy we were the only ones there. We ordered food for a family of 4. The cashier was nice and polite. Normal weight time for food. Most of the food was incorrect. Oddly it appeared somebody had tried to fix our burgers and took some stuff off.. On a double cheeseburger one Patty was burnt to a crisp and 1 was fresh. Definitely the most bizarre experience ever had at a sonic.. Sadly this is our stop on trips when traveling for years..After looking at all the food we just threw it away and walked out..
We waited in line at the drive thru for like 15 mins and no one answered and then we walked in only to see all the workers w their headsets not on, it was pretty goofy. I then got two things, a water with peace and no ice and a mocha crunch blast and we got a water w ice, no peach and a vanilla ice cream w chocolate on the top? Also the workers were like yelling at each other dinging this little bell and it was p wack tbh, the restroom was clean tho!
Customer service has always been HORRIBLE at this sonic. That.said, the atmosphere inside is amazing, especially when it's cold out and a fire is lit in the fireplace. Just hope you don't expect free cup of water. They won't give it. Also 50% chance your order will be wrong.
They are a great staff and Friendly
They have several items on the menu that they no longer sell I only found out about it after I ordered the items please update your menu selection if you don't sell a item take it off the menu
They do not make their Cherry Limeaid with lime. The insisted that it uses lemons... think about the name of the drink...
Just when you thought you've been to the worst Sonic, this is, by far, the worst Sonic. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. When half of your menu is ice cream and this location was apparently out of ALL ice cream products.Thankfully the nicest convenience store was in the same building. I will definitely stop back, it will not be for Sonic.
