This place used to have consistency and each time I ordered a smoothie, I knew what to expect. That’s no longer the case though, as it seems like it’s a hit or miss here. On top of that the staff is kinda disinterested it seems like. I went in recently and a tall, slim young man with a hoodie took my order and made the smoothie, but did not speak a single word to me the entire time! I’m not trying to hold down a conversation, but common politeness goes a long way. I’m sorry I inconvenienced him and made him do his job.
this location looks a bit older, it's near the mall on broadway! came in around 3:45pm today. i order an Angel Food smoothie. i'm lactose intolerant so the nice girl at the front informed me of their oat milk substitute(:i also purchased some banana chips at a pretty fair price for the quality of chip. all around a nice location & great team. drinks came out quickly & were perfect!also, add cocoa to the Angel Food. you won't regret it.
We love Smoothie King and visit another location often. The person that took/made our order had no personality. He barely spoke to us and seemed bothered we were there
Store was clean and they even gave me the leftovers from one of my three smoothies!!! It was a great friendly experience!
I love this place. Here lately, for whatever reason, it's just been lacking what it used to be. Wait times are longer, order mess ups getting more frequent. Actually had my usual remade tonight and it was still wrong when I got the 2nd. Unfortunately had more things to do on my lunch break so cant get it remade again. Honestly, miss the old crew from earlier this year/last year. Most of those people even had me on a first name basis just by my voice for call ins. And the smoothie was always perfect. Always energetic, kind and never had to wait, even on super busy days. Cant say the same about the new crew. Hopefully the more hours they put in, it'll smooth over and it can get back on track. Until then, going to be 2 stars for me.
I did a call in and was one of the first people here before the crowd came and I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes because they got my smoothie wrong the girl handing out drinks you can barley hear her so we wouldn’t know who the smoothie belong to what happen to the old crew
They are beyond awesome. I could attempt to expound on their number and quality of flavors, mix-ins and everything else but words would get in the way and there's not enough time or space here. You've just got to go there and enjoy the quality and size of their portions to see what I'm talking about, especially those tart cherry smoothies. Fitness, muscle building, probiotics, immunity, healing and hydration and everything else are covered by these smoothies. Those flavors you have just got to try at least once in your life.... you've just got to go there and see for yourself.
Really like SK but not a good experience today. My drink was overfilled to the point it was spilling out of the sides and top. Worker wiped it once and handed it to me. I tried to continue to clean it off with napkins but there was too much everywhere. Threw it away and left ...
Just brought my first smoothie.The staff is amazing.Greeted with a BIG HELLO.Also was pleased to know we could change the fruit in the smoothie for another option. Tall guy behind counter was super friendly and helpful and even offered to redo the drink if it wasn't made correctly.Sooo coming back.ALSO $5 FRIDAYS..?
