Waited at the drive through where the speaker wasn’t working. Sign said pull forward to window. No one at window, but sign said honk if no one’s there. So I honk & no one comes. I see people inside. I see someone walk in & get help. I see the employee look over at me. After 17 minutes finally someone comes & says “I need you to come inside to order” & shuts the window. This place is the absolute f’ing worst
They close ten minutes earlier just heads to everyone
As soon as I walked into this location. I was greeted with the coldness of the grave. Looked dead in the eye by this what I assume to be a self-indulgent yt woman behind the counter. That's not how you do customer service. I Will never be returning to this smoothie king. The one 6mins away greets you like a old friend they haven't seen in ages. She needs a "reeducation" on what it means to be in the service industry.
I love Courtney! She is always bubbly and enthusiastic on the speaker. Every-time someone makes a smoothie that isn’t very good she makes me another one with no problem. She always makes my smoothies perfect, she definitely needs a raise!! Go Courtney! #SmoothieQueen
The smoothies are very good. The speaker on the ordering board is a little fuzzy/hard to hear. Good products, though.

I visit this smoothie king several times a week. The staff goes above and beyond to be courteous and friendly! My smoothies are always made correctly. I love using the phone app and having my smoothies ready when I arrive if I am in a hurry! Keep up the great work!!! -laura wilson
