Service was wonderful, he was happy and up beat and happy to serve. It’s no Starbucks coffee but still good for the price. kolaches fresh and warm coming right out of the hot box. Google has it in the wrong spot, it’s in the same building complex instead to the left when you enter not right.
The only place in town that I know of with a REAL cream filled donut. Not custard filled with the cream filled label. Real fluffy cream!

Not a good Shipleys. I have tried this one on 3 separate occasions and still the same. Kolaches were barely warm and little cheese in them, chocolate glazed taste more like cinnamon than chocolate, and coffee is week or watered down. If you want Shipley's just go to the one on Troup Hwy it's much better.
I used to love the kolaches at the shipley's in Texas City, I'm definitely let down by this store

When this place 1st made it to Tyler it had, in my opinion, the best donuts around! They were warm, soft and delicious! This still holds true today..more than 20 years later!!
Always want to charge extra and when I tell them they pretend they dont understand English. I made her redo iorder and I was right.. she just grinned and laughed. They do it all the time but this time I've had it. Also royal doughnuts is just as bad.
Stop here with my coworker on our way to work . The moment we walk in the older women had a really bad attitude towards our order. Ask her for something and went on back talking to someone in the back . You can tell by her face expresions and the way she gave us our items. Once we were on the road , we realized that our croissants were cold and one of them had a hair in it.I'm definitely will not be coming back to this place at all and recommend to do the same if you don't want to waste time and have a bad experience!
