I wish I could rate this establishment a 0.I called in a simple order, and was quoted 10 min untill completion. When I arrived I was shocked to realize my wait would be another 30 min! After I finally recieved my fairly simple order; it was wrong and the staff member was not only rude and aggressive with me for voicing my disatisfaction, but pointed at my face and stared me down with the arrogance of a ruler, refused to correct the order or give me a complete refund!Needless to say I left her with the money, and the screwed up, sloppy, bagged up mess, and will NEVER go back!

If I could give this -5 stars, I would. I didn't want to post this at all but you can not get through to the store for resolution. I have eaten Salsarita's many times and have never been this disappointed. I ordered a burrito bowl online. After receiving it back at the office, I was so shocked at what I received. Or the lack of what I received. I paid $1.49 extra for guacamole and received maybe a teaspoon. See photo with quarter for scaling. I could count the pieces of cheese and the sour cream was laughable. I get we're in a recession but that's all the more reason to give me what I paid for. I will not be back.

Fast and casual. I would choose this place over Taco Bell or Taco Bueno any day. The food is freshly prepared in front of you and is composed of recognizable ingredients. Unlike Taco Bells mystery meat. The selection is limited, but I am being to appreciate simplified menus more. Decently priced. Take you friends on Friday and Saturday for cheap beer and a taco.

The manager Alex at the Troup highway location is terrible and that goes for his assistant as well. They refused to remake my order that they got wrong. As well as the family irritated about similar issues that were in front of me!

My favorite place to eat best food

If I could write this review without using any stars I would, but I chose the lowest of the low. I'm fairly new to Tyler, but I've eaten at the Salsarita's in Longview for many years. I thought that the experience here would be just as good....but boy was I sadly mistaken. First off, the customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE. There were no smiles or friendly faces from any of the employees that I dealt with. I purchased two burrito bowls and had to ask for more of everything on the bowl, because they barely gave me anything. They seemed aggravated that I asked for a little more lettuce, cheese and salsa. At checkout, the employee tried to stuff two big sized bowls into one very small bag. I asked her if I could please get another bag to place the second bowl in so that I could carry my food out of the store without dropping anything, and she grabbed a bag and laid it on the counter for me to pick up and she turned her back to do something else without saying one word to me. My receipt was still hanging out of the register after I swiped my credit card, and I took it upon myself to grab it since she acted like I wasn't even standing there. Very rude and unprofessional service...I will NEVER go back again!

Everyone was great. I bought two burritos with chips and queso and they were very good. Great service also.

We got as a take out driving through town. Meat dry and very salty in our taco and burrito. The guacamole was good. Tacos un eatable.

Wish you got more queso for chips, but otherwise food is yum

Five stars for consistency of food and three stars for friendliness. They always seem so irritated that they have to make your food. Won't stop us from eating there. All in all, great place. Highly recommend!
