I love this place! I always get a #1 with steak and chips and queso! Sooooo good! But I have to say my favorite thing there is the Dragonfruit lemonade! It’s not only pretty, it’s delicious! Thanks, Ruby’s! See you soon!
Been in search of a goooood Mexican restaurant since oct 2021 here in Tyler (I’m Latina and from Chicago where there’s an authentic Mexican restaurant on every corner) so it’s pretty hard to find a place that compares ? but THIS PLACE ??? so delicious! I ordered the Doblados (Birria carne asada tacos) with rice and beans and it was phenomenal. I was taken back by the cost of the meal but once I tried the food I realized I didn’t mind the cost when the flavor is this so so good! I’ve been to lots of Mexican places out here in Tyler (Mexico Lindo, don juans (both locations) jalapeño tree, villa Montez and the montez) just to name a few and while some of those places has a decent carne asada plate, honestly nothing compares to this! TRY THEM! Also note that it seems the place is run by teenagers but they have visited the table multiple times to see if we needed anything. great service and even better food!

Great food. Food came out fairly quick and workers were attentive. Affordable prices. We are not from Tyler and tried local places, this is one of the good ones.
We went to Tyler state park last week and decided to try the local food so we decided to dine in at Ruby's. The food was okay just to used to have cheese in my tacos I should have mentioned it when ordering (I have dairy allergies) the portions were good and the food was brought to us quick.
Best tacos in town awesome staff and good customer service. At their busiest times wait is only like 10 mins

Fresh, hot, delicious and fast! We dined in tonight and it’s still as good as it was 6 months ago! Love me some Ruby’s tacos!!! Chips and queso was good too!
Amazing place to eat!!! This is NOT Tex-mex it is authentic Mexican food at it's finest!!! My first time eating here and this is going to become my new goto!!
A small place but with a lot of menu to choose, most of the plates cost $ 9.99 only and the place hace his own exclusive patio. The people who work there give good attention to the public. I ❤ it
