The customer service here has just been a steady decline…tonight we received the wrong topping on the pizza. I ordered pepperoni and bacon and received pepperoni and sausage. When I called the person was very short and seemed super annoyed that I was calling, not an I’m sorry or anything…I usually go here weekly but will have to find a new place to go. They don’t care about customers here.
The pick up time was fast and the people were friendly. Just disappointed that the margarita pizza made with “olive oil, mozzarella, basil and tomato” is actually a pizza with no tomato sauce, thick shredded mozzarella, and thin sliced tomatoes on top. Was told the basil is “in an oil” on the crust. So odd looking. Perfect if you like cheese pizza with no sauce!
I have not been inside the restaurant but I have tried their pizza because a friend of mine bought one for me. I got the double bacon cheeseburger pizza. Well I have to say it did not taste like any cheeseburger I had but it was not greasy so that was nice. I got the X-large one because why not. The slices were big but the pizza did not pack the punch I wanted. Do not let me get you wrong it was alright but it was not working for me. They do have a gluten free crust but not sure if they had dairy free cheese. I'm on the fence if I myself would send my own money on it. Maybe I would try the gluten free crust one but other than that I just was not wowed enough to want to try it again.
I love there pizza , but here is the problem! I ordered from Waiter.com and they gave me the wrong pizza! So I call the restaurant and they tell me that they can replace it! I know how Waiter.com works however don’t tell me that you are going to replace it then I come up here then you don’t! They can only do 20%off really! How wrong!
Waited 40 minutes for a order of pizza rolls and finally requested a refund. No one in the store but me and one small family. The employees put someone on hold so they can talk about how to quit and put a 2 week notice in. I was also put on hold when I called and I eventually beat them to the store and by then they still hadn’t answered the phone. The customer they put on hold was on hold for about 10 minutes and she said “finally I hate when they call“ This place has gone down QUICK. Management must not be watching this store
This has been our favorite pizza place since we moved to the Tyler area.We generally just order it to go and have either door dash or waiter deliver because the Karen’s that visit this location are realEvery time we’ve gone in person there have been women who act like complete children over the wait times.And truthfully we’ve had our pizza served us before people who came in before us and I do laugh a little because those people would complain and yell at the staff and be pretty much belligerentThe one thing that has never failed is that these women act that way then the staff is even slower because nobody wants to deal with them or address them and then when someone like me who has been polite and kind and patient gets my pizza first those women and then come and try to have like a verbal altercation with me like I can control who is served firstEach time I’ve been told because my daughter and I just have a simple one topping pizza that’s why ours came out first which makes absolute sense, that’s the truth but I will tell you that every time these women have come in here and acted borderline belligerent I do feel like the service is 10 times times slower for themAnd I can also tell you as a business owner I’ve seen the staff accommodate women that I would’ve asked to them leave had this been establishmentPost Covid all restaurants are shortstaffed and I think if you can’t handle wait times and you need to stay home and make your own food, don’t bring your negative impatient behavior to the public, Not only does the restaurant not want to hear it neither do the fellow customers who are not complaining and just grateful that we can be back in public restaurants again
If they hate "free handouts" as much their now hiring sign claims, then why do they have $20k in ppp loans forgiven?Also, you'd probably have better luck staffing if you paid more than $7.25/hr.Get better pizza literally anywhere else.
The pizza and cinnamon stix were amazing. I thought it was a bit pricey, my girlfriend says I'm crazy for that. There was a small issue with availability but the staff made everything right, fast, and politely.
Look, straight up I would give this 5 stars if it wasn't for seeing the way the customers were going at the staff. The staff was great, and doing their best, but behind. This older couple was raising cane about being there for an "hour." (20mins tops) and other couples were joining in until this one girl went off on them about post covid restaurants being understaffed and if they wanted to complain go the owners, but don't yell at the kids working and trying there best or it will be an hour. My only suggestion is maybe have a sign in big letters saying you are understaffed, and if your not willing to wait your more than welcome to go home and make your own food.
Don’t go here! It was hot but we had to wait an hour for it! Their customer service is horrible!!! The place wasn’t clean. We received our order in three parts and had to chase down part of it because they gave us the wrong number after I pointed it out to them. Had to ask for plates. No hair nets on the kitchen staff. Staff on their cell phones not working. Kitchen staff repeatedly having to come up front to help the cashiers with taking orders. Tables left dirty the entire time we were there. Need I go on? I recommend just going to Bruno’s or going to the store and making your own pizza!!
