Maybe they are understaffed, as most places are, but the service we received wasn’t the best. We were told at 1:00pm that there would be a 10 minute wait for a table. So, my boyfriend and I walked to Bed, Bath And Beyond to kill the wait. 30 minuets go by and we still had not received a call to let us know our table was ready. We came back and checked on our table, and they said it was coming up. We were sat at about 1:35pm. Our waitress got our drink order and then we ordered the Parmesan bites. They were great! We waited about 40 minuets for our food. All that was ordered was an 8in meat feast pizza and chicken Alfredo. When the food came out, the pasta was okay. Nothing great. I sprinkled in some red pepper flakes. The pizza was awesome! Our waitress was okay, and but very attentive and seemed a bit flustered. We asked for a Togo box, but never received one. After or check was paid out, it seems as though we didn’t exist and the waitress moved on from us.Overall, it wasn’t the best experience or service. But the food was great. I’m hoping this was just an us problem and that they are able to improve their service quality and kitchen speed.
This place to used to be good. We vamr in for a late lunch. The place was so loud and seated to close together. We order drinks but not before being told all the things they didn't have. My husband ordered an LIT and it came with stipulations on how many they serve. It was just an unpleasant experience and didn't even order food. It was also filthy.

We enjoy this location. Excellent craft beer options and wonderful cocktails. Bar area, restaurant seating, and outside patio. Lots of TV's throughout for sports. The staff has always been polite and excited to serve us. The pizza is good. I would rate it at a 6.5 on a 10 scale, mostly because the crust is bland. Everything else about the restaurant has been great for us. I would recommend it, will go back, and would take friends here.
We have eaten at Rotolos a few times and it has always been wonderful. Good service and great food!
We had a different yet tasty pizza in Rotolo’s pizzeria, the staff were so nice.I wanna share my experience as I ordered a pizza with chicken and jalapeño , then it came twice with mushrooms (I didn’t even order it) but after that the manger came and gave us discount as an apology , Thanks for the good experience ???
One Unsweetened Tea, Water, 8" X2 Cheese Pizza and 10" Cauliflower - Bacon, Meat, Sausage, cost $38. Terrible cost. Service was extremely low. If your in a bind and really don't care about taste and service, this is your place. However, if you prefer awesome pizza taste, service and quality products, then go to Rounders Pizza, you will not be disappointed.

Was in a hurry and grabbed a salad to go. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, service was great, and quick (less than 10 min wait for my food after paying). I was a little disappointed in the size of the salad, as most places I get a salad from usually fill up an entire regular size to go box. This one was in a small half size to go container and it didn't quite fill it up. I was hoping to get 2 meals out of it as I normally do with most other places for a salad priced at $10. However, I will say it was very fresh, I loved the taste of these ingredients together & the salad was very filling for a single serving meal.On another note, I had not been in this location before. It had a very nice clean atmosphere inside. Pretty unexpected bar area with tvs in several spots so you could see them from several different seating areas. While I was sitting there, I seen 4 people served their food that had been seated right before I gave my order. Leading me to believe this is a rather quick place to get a lunch bite. Will come back to try some of the pasta as it appears in pics to be bigger serving sizes. The front guy was super friendly and checked on all the tables as he was walking through.
