Fourth time at the restaurant. Food has been good everytime. But TODAY my waiter keyed my order incorrectly. I get it. Mistakes happen. But, an hour later, our correct food comes out. No offer of discount, nothing. Waiter gets snippy, saying it is Father's Day. Yep. No kidding. I know what day it is. That had nothing to do with it. He runs my card. I ask to speak to the manager/owner. He speaks to owner, and tells me he'll be by in a bit. I see him eating at this table, alone, continuing to eat and not coming to me. So, I take the check to him and ask what are they gonna do about it. He says I already compted the wrong food. OK. As you should. Now what about this? Anything as a response would have been acceptable over what he said. I said I won't be back, and he said he didn't care! There's over 300 places I can go in Tyler and not to come back. I CANNOT BELIEVE that was his response. I even said I can't believe as an owner, you'd say that!!!
Maybe should have only given it 1 star but the bread was amazing. The pasta was store not great and the sauce seem like it was out of a can. My wife had a peice of plastic in her pasta.
My kids had a pepperoni pizza. Was one ofnthe better pizzas ive had in tyler. The crust was also light and not greasy.The wife and I had the squid ink linguini which had a mixture of seafood. Definitely worth a try if you come here. It's the only restaurant in Tyler that offers this as far as I know.
We had a below average dining experience. The food was only ok. The mozzarella sticks were very basic, like frozen mozzarella sticks heated up. The pizza wasn’t very good, the dough was very uneven and the edges were burned. The environment was uncomfortable because it was very cold. I had to keep my coat on through dinner. The roof was leaking, and dripping into a bucket by the door where we walked in. I’ve had better experiences and food at Olive Garden. The wait staff was very nice, but won’t be going back.
First time here was pretty good. They brought out bread bog pieces of bread. Wasnt a fan of the oil to dip the bread. We had calamari to start off, good. I had spinach ravioli with chicken in alfredo.. Amazing. My husband had he had the cannoneli with beef he seemed to like it. He finished it. Server was friendly. Restaurant was clean.
We went here because there is a Roma's in Minden LA, and it is AMAZING!! well this isn't the same chain, overpriced, food is just "ok", not bad, just not good, got the chicken Murphy, the chicken was rubbery, and the sauce tasted off. We probably won't be going back here, unless friends or family choose to go her, and we are forced to tag along
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered take out and the portions were half a normal plate. Shrimp was over cooked and rubbery, chicken was dry and bland. If you ever dined at Portifinos or La Vera the food is the same. If you eat here I would suggest dinning in so you can get the full portion, but if you order take out you will get half or less on pasta and drowned in sauce! I get trying to make a profit but dang, do the same for the take out patrons that you do for the dinning in patrons.

MAJOR RAVE ? Went there tonight for my birthday. Had a party of 24 with reservations. They didn’t have ANY stipulations on the reservation, meaning: no deposit, no hourly fee, no restricted menu for people, nothing. We were in the main dining area. It was phenomenal!! Kyle was our server & he too went above & beyond for us, even with 3 other large parties he was dealing with. He was funny, attentive & did a spectacular job! The food was also amazing & no one had any complaints about their dishes they had. 10/10 recommend for a party or just wanting to enjoy a nice evening. There was also a man playing an accordion while we ate. We truly hope this business thrives, because they deserve it!
I've picked up to-go from here three times. This place has some stupid delicious Italian food. I've tried the chicken alfredo, the rigatoni vodka, and the tortellini alla panna. Each time, the food was piping hot and bursting with creamy, rich sauce. I want to try the whole menu. The interior of this restaurant is dim and beautiful, perfect for a reasonably priced date night.
