Our waitress was awesome. The food was very good and the beer was very cold.

Our waiter. Didn't get his name but he was very friendly and very attentive.

Anniversary. Great food and service. Best RL in east tx.

First off the place was extremely nice and clean. We ate all you can eat shrimp and then the best shrimp that we've ever had. Food was simply perfectly seasoned hot and hardly any weight in between dishes. The waiter was right on key polite kept the food coming he was just simply awesome. This was a completely perfect dining experience. Thank you once again for the perfect meal perfect atmosphere and perfect service!!

We visited the Red Lobster on Loop 323 in Tyler TX Wednesday, May 25. It was a compromise - I’m a steak fan, beloved husband loves shrimp. We were a bit ahead of the crowd - immediately seated. The lady who served us was by our side as soon as we seated and had our drinks back before I noted their 7 oz steak. BH already picked his shrimp, so our order went in quickly. Comfortable atmosphere, clean table/chairs, quiet enough to talk softly. Our came out perfect - loaded potato done, split, and filled, broccoli not raw, not overcooked, and the medium rare was perfect, warm center. He loved his shrimp, too! After we finished, BH asked the waitress to bring me a slice of cheesecake - and mentioned it was my favorite and our anniversary. My marvelous cheesecake came with “Happy Anniversary” in a taste raspberry sauce. I do hope you see how Our service really supplied the perfect anniversary dinner for a couple of old folks. I do believe others experience excellent service, too.

Shrimp, scallops and clam all tasted the same. Calamari was mushy

Good service and good food. They handled my food allergy very well.

Ky was our server. She was fantastic. The appetizers came fast. The food was really good, just the right temp & cooked as ordered. The manager stopped by and was really nice.

I normally enjoy every visit to this specific establishment, but today most definitely takes the icing on the cake. So, of course it’s Valentine’s Day and all other restaurants are busy Red Lobster in this case was not. With that being said for the place not being packed and already having there doors lock why not go for complete satisfaction. We sit and we order our drinks, then appetizers and as we waiting we are talking, the waitress comes back and asks us are we going to order or are we waiting on the appetizers we politely said we’re going to order just let us look over the menu, she come back again 5 min later and asks are we sure we want to order, looking confused because we just asked for a min, remind you appetizers have not hit the table yet. So we ask for more time, and she come back within 2 min to ask again, but by this time we are ready, she then states we have no lobster, as baffling as that sounds we say okay well can you give us a little longer to decide because we both indeed was about to order the lobster. We finally ordered when the appetizers arrived and the oysters were not clean, the whole tray was nasty, include the ice, lemons, and hot sauce bottle. Covid is serious I would expect the utensils and products used to be sanitized after every use. The manager fixed that problem, but then the mushrooms under the stuffing where petite, the mushroom could’ve been stuffed in the stuffing by that time, but I did not complain, we sat there while dishes piled up on the table and drinks stayed empty had one refill and by the time it came I was already talking to someone about leaving and cancelling my order, because with me working in the restaurant business I know customers services and I know how to work for my tip, she in this case didn’t and my daughters grilled shrimp had hair in it I tried to take it back in but every employee sat there and watched me knock on both sides of doors multiple times to let them know and no response so I’m bringing my situation here on there reviews.

Lobsterfest! Lobster, crab, and shrimp on one plate. Yay! Food was great. Service was great. I just wish they would get a water filter. Tyler city water stinks. Literally, it smells bad and has a wang aftertaste. Other top restaurants in town filter it or use a water service. No matter we'll be going back. Love our Red Lobster.
