Today my family and visited this location and boy did we have a wonderful time. First coming in which we don’t ever see anymore was someone opening the door and welcoming my family and I in, soon after we sat we were greeted by our server (Danielle) she was very knowledgeable about specials and the menu on which we purchase a drink with Red Bull which was awesome and the pork chops which were tender and delicious but the best part was the Gm (Shawn) visiting the table to make our experience even better. She invited us back for happy hour next week on which we will definitely be back! A job well done by this staff and leadership. The best service in town !

The server took the order and we never saw her again. Someone else brough the order to the table and no one ever checked on us again. The item that we ordered came with one piece of fried fish and we asked that a second piece of fish be added. The original plate was going to be shared and was priced at $19. The additional piece of fish cost $9. This was way over priced! We used to go to Razzoo's at least once a week. We will not be making this mistake in the future. Poor service and way over priced.

This was honestly a bad experience. Couldn’t wait to try it and had to wait over a hour and half. Not because restaurant was packed but because they don’t have enough staff. Food was not good shrimp creole tasted like spaghetti sauce. Bland no flavor. They was out of oysters out of bread pudding. The trio skillet had no flavor or seasoning either. Food wasn’t even warm. If u know Nola there is flava babee. No way this compares or even comes close. Very dissatisfied and I had to give a star just to comment. Never been anywhere I didn’t take a doggy bag. But NO THANKS.

We are a family of four adults meeting for dinner at Razoo’s. Our server, Taylor, was absolutely terrible. She gave us menus , then, almost immediately, asked if we wanted appetizers. We had hardly glanced at our menus yet. She brought our drink order but no silverware. When she brought our entrees, we still had no silverware and had to ask for it. She found two napkin bundles (which contained only forks), and we asked for two more. She brought one and said “that should be all”! We had to ask for another to make four and be able to start eating our food which was already getting cold. My entree included corn on the cob and hush puppies. I asked for butter and a knife several times but received none. Our son finally asked for butter at the bar. While my corn and hush puppies sat and got cold with no butter, the server finally brought a pat of butter and our bill as we were finishing our meal! My corn and hush puppies were stone cold by then. While neglecting our table, Taylor carried on an extensive conversation with a neighboring table. We were not offered refills of our drinks or asked if we would like dessert. Our dinner was disappointing, and we will not be coming back. We don’t often have the opportunity to dine out with two of our adult children when they are both in town and visiting us. Our server nearly ruined it for us.

Rosa our server was outstanding! My husband got the andouille sausage with red beans and rice and it was absolutely delicious! I got butterflied shrimp platter and it was also very delicious! I would definitely recommend going here!❤️

We were pleasantly surprised by our tasty beautifully presented dishes and will definitely add this to our new favorites! The service was fantastic as well!

our waitress was great she had wonderful customer service food was hot and fresh

Too much cayenne pepper or chili powder in every dish. Inedible. Put a bottle on the table and let the heat lovers spice up their own dishes instead of killing every dish.

Love this place food is always so good. Seafood and catfish platter is the one. Make sure to get the rat toes but watch put a little spicy

Had lunch there. We were seated in the bar area. Gator tail appetizer was great. I had the Cajun 2 ways and my friend had the Catfish platter. The food was excellent! The drinks were cold and the service was spot on. I do not like mustard but the Cherry Mustard dipping sauce was out of this world. Definitely be back for more good Cajun food.
