Sweetest little man, greeting people, holding the door. You can tell this guy is just a really sweet soul.
Appalled by our stop by here. Ladies at the window were literally talking about the complaint they had JUST recieved from the person in the drive thru before us. They didn't pay any mind to us at all and our order was wrong. They were too busy gossiping to realize we hadn't paid yet because no one was at the pay window and trying to hand us drinks that were not ours. Additionally the music they were playing outside was entirely too loud. Definitely not pleased.
Love the chicken! And that canes sauce. Went for lunch and drive thru seemed pretty packed bit they had a girl taking the orders further back than the box. They got us thru pretty quick.
We had a rough day. Came here like we always do and the woman working the register was completely rude. Apparently I didn’t “check in” while here and she treated me as if I was lying about my order. Why would I “check in” if I DID NOT ORDER FOR CURBSIDE!!! I ORDERED FOR PICK UP INSIDE!!!! I said what check in and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off to the screen, and PERFECTLY read me my order that she “didn’t” have. I literally just found out my Grandma died today and we wanted to eat instead of cook tonight & this is how we get treated. We will NEVER step back in this location. The smaller woman had on a grey sweater and grey ball cap. Idk if she was the manager but I was done with her after that.
I love the food but the people at this location weren't very friendly. They were short staffed and the dining room was a mess. I don't recommend using the bathrooms at this location either.
2nd time that we've got some chicken that smells and taste burnt. Phone is constantly busy to let someone know about their oil being off.
Food is good, but the line is ALWAYS long in the drive through and my 3 finger basket was actually a 2 finger basket. Didn't realize till I got home, too lazy to go back.
Great food!! The chicken was hot plus big fat chicken strips, hot delicious fresh fries. Their dipping sauce is delicious also. Try them out you will enjoy them.
Hey Cane's, your food is good but if you're not going to service your customers who order through the app, disable the service.
This is the only location we have in Tyler. And I have never been here and the food be nasty. They are always fresh and on point! Can’t go wrong with some good Chicken from Raising Canes.
