Had to go inside as the outside menu board not working. I counted 6 employees. There was a customer at the counter waiting for his order, then my husband and myself, plus 2 more customers behind us. All the chicken was under the tanning lights. It took about 30 minutes total for us to place, take and walk out the door. No sense of urgency, no acknowledgment of customers as they walk in. I will find another location, this was so disappointing.
I got a 16 pc mix meal with 3 sides and 6 biscuits, and this is what's left. They were expensive, but it was good. Still juicy and NO, my biscuits weren't dry. Nor were they hard.
This has to be the worst store in the chain. Agin we love the sandwiches but can never get service. I sat in line at the drive through to only get to the speaker for them to say. We are closed now. Come back another day. The employees are rude.So now we are going to Church’s chicken !!! They want our business

Recently the new general manager and his crew has been perfecting the place and service very well. My Chicken has been hot and ready each time! So happy he has been able to turn that store around. I definitely recommend coming here for fresh food
The new managers have made me feel so welcomed every time I have came by. I believe there is a new store manager and he is so respectful and caring. 10/10 recommend if you are in the mood for some hot chicken!!!!
2/11/22. I ordered a big box & more. It was to have 3 tenders, mashed potatoes, beans & rice, biscuit, apple pie, and a drink. (They were out of coleslaw). What I received was two pieces of bone in chicken, French fries, beans & rice, biscuit, and drink. I have tried and tried to call all day and now the day after to no answer, just ring and then disconnected. I am very disappointed in the service and what I received.
Very clean inside of restaurant- fast paced- wonderful new head manager-customer service has been amazing for these past few months! -Popeyes is the place to go when wanting fresh Louisiana food????
I tried their Spicy Chicken Sandwich for the first time in Dallas and was very satisfied, the chicken was so big it was sticking out far from the buns. I come to Tyler and expecting the same experience and i got very upset. They took a regular chicken instead of the spicy chicken with the mayo and threw spicy sauce on it. And the chicken was small enough to fit inside the buns. Not happy.
