the food was awful. the service was awful. I ordered the shrimp and it was just bits and pieces. the mashed potatoes and gravy was disgusting slop.
Restrooms are dirty, kitchen is dirty there is a weird odor in the entry way to the restaurant. The cashier didn't greet me just stared at me haha. It's $3.56 for a large drink here yikes $$$I got turned off and didn't order any food because they messed up the guys order in front on me so I just got a drink.
Chicken wasn't fresh & my order was missing 5 biscuits, I ordered a 10 PC meal. Mashed potatoes had lumps in it like it wasn't mixed well. When I tried to call on multiple occasions after getting home & noticing the line said "busy" and the call wouldn't go through. People weren't rude at the window but I'm not getting any customer service to fix this issue.
What the heck is the point of having mobile / online ordering if you can’t even follow Popeyes procedures. It says go through the drive through and pick it up….no sir you have to come inside to get it…hello picking up a mobile order please…oh ok let me put that together for you. I basically came in and ordered at the counter. Come on Popeyes get it together please thanks.
This location has had declining service for quite sometime. Orders always incomplete. I love Popeyes but losing interest. Today my side order of red beans and rice was less than 1/2 full. Not good, will go to Churches or Kentucky next time
Did an online order around 540pm to be ready by 610pm.. Got to the speaker to tell them I was picking up an order.. Took her a few minutes and she finally found my order.... She only handed me 2 out of 4 drinks then told us to move forward.. We sat there for a good 20 minutes before I decided to just go online and get my refund!!! Never again will I go to this location!!! I understand short staff as I am a manager myself at a fast food restaurant but this was just down right UNORGANIZED especially since I was the ONLY ONE IN LINE at that moment!!!! Also they don't know how to answer a phone either.... BAD SERVICE AND BAD EMPLOYEES
I ordered the spicy strips and the Mac n cheese, all I can say is wow!!! Great job, the wait was not long the food was hot and delicious.
So I'm trying to figure out why my biscuit is the same size as the leg & thigh and way bigger than the wing. C'mon now Popeyes ?
I can't explain how bad this place is. First off they ALWAYS forget to give you your side orders. They charge you for everything but only give you half of what you order everytime. The drive threw is a huge mess after 7pm until closing you will be there waiting 20min just to order another 20min to get to the window. I always order the same thing they always forget the biscuit or my side order never fails
I got 3 different orders brought out to me that weren't mine. I finally got my food only to have to go back thru and get my drinks. The chicken was terrible this time and I love Popeyes chicken. It was dry not juicy like it normally is. 5th street is where I always go...just not sure what happened this time. I didn't want to go back again to get my money back.
