The ladies were super sweet to us and even helped us pick out the best meal option to feed our whole family. The brisket was my favorite and the absolute best I have ever had! My boys loved their sausage and I wish we lived closer because we would eat there all the time. So glad we stopped by and we will definitely go back!
The owners wife is very unprofessional and rude. Came at me on Facebook about a matter that should have never even been an issue in the first place. Her husband was very nice to me though. Also the food is sadly mediocre. Very disappointed with how I was treated. Beware!
I hate to rate so low because the workers are friendly. My dad and I were extremely disappointed in the quality and portions of the meat. I got a few small slices of dry Turkey on my sandwich. My dad, who is pretty easy to impress when it comes to food, was less than thrilled with his sausage and sides. We were both still hungry when we left. I’m fine with paying more for great BBQ, but our food just wasn’t good.
Great ribs & brisket!! I mean really really rocking food! Family owned &, managed. Lots of pride in their product. Owner sat with us & gave us their. successful ( lots of trophys to prove the perfection oftheir BarBQ) & hard work history!We will def be back...Soon!!Great food, clean place & inviting atmosphere. I am not a big eater( medium size meals work for me) With that said my wife and I ate at Pite bbq today(Friday afternoon) around 2:00pm and it was a very expensive experience that will not repeat -ever! Wife had chopped beef sandwich and potato salad and I had sliced beef and coke slow - 2 drinks the cost was $33.78 but then it gets worse- I sit down and open my sandwich and it’s 5 small strips of meat that come nowhere near the edge of the bun sliced very thin and not a tremendous amount of flavor. All food -my wife’s and mine was just ok nothing terrible but nothing to brag about either especially considering the price tag. I ate it all and literally had no meat on the bun for the last two bites - just BBQ sauce. Worst part we were both still hungry -so I paid almost $34.00 dollars for 2 sandwiches and was still hungry -if you are interested in flavor or quality or a good deal for your money ,save yourself from this mistake and go somewhere else!

Eat here quite a bit and every time the food has been excellent and the staff are the best! Super friendly and helpful. It is BBQ and there are plenty of sides to choose from, too. I have always had great food and a great experience at Poke In Da Eye!
We went an hour before closing. They were out of brisket, which is what I went for. We got the jalapeno sausage and pork loin, and both were excellent. Very nice people, and great service. Great sides (potato salad, cole slaw, and pinto beans). Next time I will come earlier to get the brisket!
I love this place! Delicious food, and great staff. I suggest coming through and trying then out. The sampler will let you try all the meats. I don't eat brisket but others were raving about this. I recommend the pork tenderloin and pinto beans! Yummy
I never give a 5star rating to any food establishment, this gets an extra 1/2 star. Being a connoisseur of BBQ, this place is my number 1 pick,up to now. Haven eaten at 4 other BBQ restaurants, the best Brisket,Pork Ribs. Chicken thy was a little under cooked but juicy. Going back soon...?
