Walked in hungry.. walked put very satisfied... Kayla provided great service.. haven't had service like that in years.. nice to know it still exists.. very attentive and accommodating.. highly recommend... Kayla needs a raise...is it review time already..:-)
We got dinner from this location. They cut it at first, the standard triangle pieces and then realized we requested it to be square cut. Honestly, I liked that they cut it like this, both square and triangles. Very good pizza. They were running late due to something going on and I get that. Things happen. I have worked as a delivery person and know the printer for which the orders come in on for the preparers can jam. That sends a ripple for the pizzas getting done on time and out the door. They kept us updated. The wait was worth it.
Terrible service even worse customer service by the manager Alisha Turner. When you’re pizza is super late the last thing you want is all kinds of attitude from the manager. Order somewhere else
Excellent pizzas tonight, especially with them being short staffed. They did an amazing job with delivery as well.
The girl up front tonight was very super helpful and understood exactly what I wanted! She was very kind and polite, thank you papa johns yall are the best! I will definitely be returning for sure ? very good pricing, fast service!
Waiting for over 2 hours for a single pizza? Thats outrageous, i ordered this to eat on my lunch break but i would hit compliance by the time its done, if it wouldve told me the wait time during checkout, I would have never ordered.
There were 3 employees there & all were professional with me & I was very satisfied with my service & my food.I was told to go by & pick up a "Big Un" ? When I walked in that's what I told them I wanted! lolWe had a good laugh
Firstly I love Papa John’s pizza, their flavor is the best. But that’s where the positivity of this post ends. My first complaint, one time I ordered delivery after 2 hours of waiting I got a call stating they didn’t have any drivers to deliver and I could come pick up my pizza. Totally understand…My second complaint, one time I tipped online and the guy made me sign a copy and he tipped himself $5 after I had already tipped him online. My third complaint, one time I ordered food and the delivery driver forgot an item for my order and was never discounted for the missing item.All in the span of my last 3 times ordering. Last night we decided to try Papa John’s one more time. Just give them a shot we love the pizza. Today both my boyfriend and I have had diarrhea and no you may be thinking you must have ate something else to cause this. That is the only thing we both ate that was the same and we are now having explosive diarrhea.Thanks South Broadway Papa John’s. We even gave you an extra shot so 4 strikes and you’re out!
Staffing is very tough they turn down my cash order but we're super great in calling me back and telling me why always had the best pizza from him a bunch of times will always support this business the manager tonight was the best
Waited an hour for delivery just to open the tracker and see my order was cancelled for no reason. Money was returned fast, but no apology and no explanation. The girl who answered the phone when I called to ask why, was very rude when answering. I got tired of being on hold so I hung up, never spoke to anyone.
