Such a great place to eat! Our family loves it!
I just pulled through the drive-through at Panera and watched one of the sandwich makers drop a whole plastic container thing of bacon on the floor and pick it up at set it on the counter and proceed to make my sandwich I asked the lady at the window if they were using that on sandwiches I never saw them leave the counter to go get more and when I got my sandwich it had bacon on it I will not be back.

It used to be at Panera bread and had good reasonably priced coffee but now it's like $3 or something that really sucks. I have not tried any food items except bagels. I would have given them a 3 star but it's not the same as years pass.
Visited my son who works here while attending UT Tyler. Very clean restaurant, friendly management team. I always get the tomato basil soup no matter which location but I tried the smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich which was really good! I highly recommend this Panera Bread.
This was my first time using the drive thru services. I pulled up to the window after placing my order and handed the cashier my credit card and she handed out my drink and said the food would be out in a moment. She came back to the window and handed out my order and I drove off. I got to the stoplight before realizing I hadn’t received my credit card back so I returned and was handed my card. Later that evening I checked my bank balance and there was an additional charge from Panera on my card. The next morning I called Panera and asked to speak with a manager but before a manager was summoned I had to tell the person who answered the phone what the problem was. The shift manager came on the phone and gave me an excuse how the mistake happened and said they would return my money. What I am upset about is if you call up and ask for a manager you should be able to speak with one without explanation. Also I don’t care why there is a mistake I want to hear “I’m sorry this happened to you” . You feel very violated when your card is used without your permission.
Good atmosphere. Food was alright, just not necessarily to my taste or liking. Employees were very friendly.
My recent order with Panera bread will unfortunately be my last. The bad experience I had today was not the first time. My coworkers and I placed a mobile order. The bread that we ordered was simply tossed inside the bag with all the food (it was not packaged). Very unsanitary. The grilled cheese was so burnt it was not edible. The chicken salad was gross.When the order arrived, it was not left at the location that was given in the instructions. It was simply left on a bench and I had to track our food down. A very disappointing experience.
I love your Greek salad but several times I have found the core of the Romaine in my salad. I have to throw it out and I feel like I did not get my moneys worth because of it. Please have your employees stop putting this in the salad!!!
I ordered the blt and macaroni and as soon as I sat down I noticed a 7 inch hair in my sandwich. They replaced the sandwich. But didn't offer a comp or anything else for having hair in my food. I usually love Panerai but this experience has definetly put a bad taste in my mouth
