Mrs. Emily always treats me well when I come in! This visit was especially exceptional, and they were slammed. Nicholas was on the line and was extremely nice and engaging while handling me and the drive-thru. I was super impressed. I wanted to steal him for my business just based on the two minute interaction I had with him. Also, I’m not sure who cooked the Honey Walnut Shrimp this visit, but it was BY FAR the best I’ve had from any Panda. Thanks team! Good, hard work deserves to be recognized!
Well I actually like the food, but ordering online is almost impossible. Half the menu isn't available, i.e. ragoons, teriyaki chicken etc. And when you finally settle on an order with your second choices, it will tell you 20 minutes later that your order has been canceled with no explanation. Then when you call to ask about all these issues they refuse to answer the phone... even after multiple calls to both locations here in tyler....
The food was good and freshly prepared in a clean, easy to see environment. It was very busy at lunch time so the line was long. (This includes the drive thru) The only issue is because they are so busy the cooks can't keep up with demand and they run out of items quickly. My suggestion is to get there before the rush or prepare to wait until the cooks can prepare more. They give large portions. I recommend the walnut shrimp for a slight up-charge. ?
The food was great here and the restaurant was sparkling clean. Great visit.
I ordered food on line thru grub hub. After 10 minutes in the drive up line I was told that they could not fill my order as they were out of what I wanted. This is the second time I tried ordering on line toward the end of their work day and the second time they were out of what I wanted. They made no attempt to make up for my inconvenience again. The food they did give me was probably und the lights for hours. Never again.
I ordered double orange chicken and Chow Ming and they gave me this garbage
Cars wrapped around the building and haven’t moved in over 10 minutes. Every time I come here the wait gets longer and longer
The outside sign by the road is out causing people to believe they are closed. The app does not allow you to order from this location or even pay with the app. Only drive through is available.The attendant was very nice. Our food was fresh and tasted great.
The girl that took our order was great.
