I stayed at my office late and left starving. I was hesitant to go through drive through as they had all lights off at 9:27pm. I googled to see it say they closed at 10pm. I proceeded through drive through and young guy said ughhhh thanks for choosing Panda Express what can so get for you. So I said are you open since all the lights are off you looked closed. He said ughhhh again. I made my order and he said it will take us 25 minutes to make orange chicken and they were about to close. I said ok what do you have? He told me what they had and then the lights were all turned back on. I decided not to get anything and said thank you and drove off. I proceeded into parking lot to write a review and shortly 2 other cars came through. Both of them appeared to leave without food as well. They should advertise they close at 9:25pm. But the lights are back on. Smh

When I got here the line was long already. I had to wait awhile but when I got to order the lady told me to wait. A few minutes later someone asked if I was helped yet, like they forgot about me...very unorganized. When I got to pay for my order, the guy who took my card did not say anything to me when he grabbed my card even after I said hi. He handed me my card and finally said "Have a good night" and then said "Just kidding" while he handed me my food. If this is how they treat their customers I will not be coming back. Also the food is a lot more spicier than it usually is. The portions seemed smaller than usual also.
Kung Pao chicken was so spicy is was inedible. My wife loves spicy food, this was so hot even she wouldn't eat it We asked for a different meal & were told we'd have to pay for something else.
Lobby closed and 30 to 40 min wait time in drive thru currently do not recommend. Food is always soggy and old when you get it in the drive thru I would rather come in and see what is old and order it but the lobby is still closed this is an update 3 months later still closed lobby.
Let’s compare Panda Expresses Teryiaki Chicken on the menu to the disgusting chicken they gave me. All dark meat with fat and gristle. No sauce. NEVER AGAIN!!

Honestly the food is always good I always go with the orange chicken with chow Mein but the waiting time is always so long it’s good either way.
Poor customer service. Pulled up at 9:40 pm they were out of most of the entrees (which is understandable because they close at 10pm) but the attitude of the individual taking orders was beyond rude and uncalled for. Laughing and mocking a paying customer is unacceptable…
