This place is really great and love the atmosphere here and the steaks are really good and well cooked to your liking and staff are polite and very patient
Outback Steakhouse is one of the best restaurants in Tyler, at least that’s what I think; And it’s even better when there is ✨outstanding✨ Customer service! So I would like to give an amazing thanks to the staff team, but most important, Angelo. They are always extremely welcoming and I love it!P.S lacy took great care of us! ???
This was from awhile ago, but i just found the code to come review and thought about it. So here’s the dealio. I’m not a huge fan of outback for a few reasons, mainly some of the quality of food. But that’s just me. I just really needed to leave a review SOLELY to praise our server. Her name was Lacy. She was 5 stars!! She was by far the best server i’ve had at any Outback. She was very friendly and brought a good energy to the table. She was attentive as well, but not overly so. I really appreciated her service, and would recommend her to others! (Outback in Tyler, TX)
I ended up at Outback after my first choice steakhouse had an hour wait. In hindsight I should have just spent the time waiting for a table at Texas Roadhouse. The potatoes were not at all appetizing, my date smacked hers with a fork and it sounded like a brick, they needed heat and butter for sure to be palatable. The chicken I ordered was juicy and flavorful but a bit salty. The rice was ok but a lil overcooked, adding butter to it really improved it however. Overall I wish I had just waited for a table at Texas Roadhouse. Likely won't be back again.
We went on Saturday before Mother’s Day and had Amy H. She was so sweet and funny. The food was great and the service was fantastic!

Last Night my husband and I had date night here, and we were VERY impressed. Throughout the night the manager on duty was out checking on tables, bussing, and greeting customers and it was so nice to see, seriously what a way to lead by example! But to top it all off we had an awesome waitress, named Sydney, who took such good care of us. She was very friendly, bubbly, funny, and helpful. We never had to ask for refills and she took such good care of us. When we comeback we will request her as our waitress for sure. All in all a great night and experience!
Our server Fay Reyes was friendly, right on top of our order and drinks. Very pleasant experience hope we get her again! Amazing job
Last minute dinner decision was a great decision! Fast, friendly service. Fay was our waitress. She was knowledgeable, outgoing and attentive. During our meal, we took notice of the bus boy’s (Matthew) work ethic. He had an impeccable attention to detail and was very thorough in getting his work done. Come to find out, he was asked to come in last minute due to staff shortage. Highly appreciate him! Way to go Outback!
We normally decline to sit in the bar area, especially on a weekend just because it’s a busy loud area, but we were hungry! We lucked out and had Travis J as our server and he was the best! So attentive and helpful with menu choices. He’s a keeper! And the bonus was the food was top notch! Made for a very enjoyable dinner out!
