It would have been better. But our waitress was painfully inexperienced. We got wet salad plates, waited so long for bar drinks they were watered down. And No kidding waited 30 minutes for change. I went outside took a call came back and my Sister was still waiting for change. We left a tip. But only because I understood the problem. But I won't be visiting for a while .2 hours for lunch ? nope
4/19/2022 New Olive Garden draconian laws: 1. You can’t get your salad until you place your entrée order. 2. You only get three breadsticks instead of the normal four. 3. No after dinner mints!! Severe cutbacks after we patronized their restaurants during the height of the pandemic. And this is our payback?
Went in on a Sunday afternoon, 3ish and business was good. I like a professional run restaurant. My family of six and I were seated when the hostess said we would be. Our waitress was great! We were checked on by two other employees. Food was excellent! Service was exceptional! Two thumbs up to management!
The experience was fair, but not the greatest.The waitress was very good. I will have to give them 5 stars for that.The salad was good, but didn't care a lot for the spaghetti sauces.I was just in the mood for spaghetti, and figured I would try the Olive Garden.Probably good for some.

My lady and I came to Olive Garden for dinner, we sat down at 6:55 and our original Waiter/waitress didn’t even stop to get our drinks… around 7:15, Another waitress by the name of Cassie came to the rescue! She was quick, Professional, and overall the best with service! What a great person… Absolutely no complains besides the original waitress/ waiters flake
We (9 of us) arrived at your restaurant at 11 a.m. on Sunday for my birthday The service was wonderful. We had a very short wait for tables to accommodate all of us, the food was great. Thanks Olive Garden staff.
Anton was the perfect waiter today! He made sure we got everything we asked for, as he seamlessly handled several tables. He clearly enjoys providing his customers with a very peaceful and satisfying meal. My husband and I eat the soup and salad from Olive garden - all over the USA. Anton was probably the best waiter at an Olive Garden we have had the pleasure of being waited on in about 12 states. I'm sure the Manager will consider raising his base pay, increasing his benefits in some meaningful way, or putting him in a managerial position of some kind. Anton - the Consumate Waiter - with manners and maturity well beyond his biological age.
We had a delightful young man named Trey as our waiter. And the food was great as always. Our first time to dine at the Tyler, Texas location.

Stopped in for lunch today. Food was amazing and our server Trey did a fantastic job, we didn't want for anything, he was on top his game for sure. One the best dinning experience we had. Will forsure be back.
