Would have left more stars, but I am writing this review while I am waiting for the food. And you know what that means. I am hungry and angry, well maybe not angry. Any one noticed McDonald’s is starting to take longer and is no longer fast food.Update: I guess they didn’t realize my order was supposed to be brought to my table.
The cashier was rude and so was whoever was cooking. Ordered a burger with mayo instead of mustard and ketchup and they said (loud enough to be heard up front) "why didn't they order ****? " #1 since when is it wrong to order a specific burger without the mustard and ketchup....#2 the one that the cook was yelling about was $2. more expensive than the one ordered and had a bunch of junk on it that wasn't wanted.
Trying to be nice with the morning employees, got nothing back but disrespectful and I doubt with that long set of nails, basic hygiene in the kitchen probably doesn’t exist.
Getting better at the service and most important , I have received my order without an item missing.Good work staff.
Went there to get my grandkids and me something to eat and it was fast and fresh hot good service
Warm, not hot, fries. Too long a wait for being #3 in line and those in front of me didn't have large orders.
Absolutely terrible customer service, actually non existent whatsoever. All these ladies in the back just gossiping away while there were 4 people waiting to be attended to up front. The most incredible part is they ALL turned to look at us and STILL did not acknowledge us nor even give urgency to walk towards the front and take our orders (as if they were dumb deers caught in front of headlights). No courtesy, no concern, no urgency not even an apology for waiting. What makes it even more incredible yet, the store was pretty much empty (was not busy at all) . I mean how dare we interrupt the morning gossip right, in this case "El Chisme". Yeah I am Hispanic so I understood what they were talking about.
Mcdonald's, the American standard, is always great! I drove through the drive-thru, got a large Dr pepper and it was delivered efficiently, in a friendly way and for a low price. You can get a l refreshing, large iced Dr pepper at McDonald's for just a little over a dollar! Quite satisfactory! They serve a whole bunch of things good for breakfast, lunch and dinner and they're open 24/7!
Passing through ordered a Number 1 with extra sandwhich, service was decent for being early. 5 in line all served quickly with a smile. Only 2 stars because my orange juice was mostly water and I didn’t have time to go back. You can almost see through it.
Their meat is always pink even when you ask for well done and tell them if it catches on fire blow it our just to make sure it's done and no pink meat.. it's still raw.. pink
