The dining room was extremely dirty, trash overflowing and tables dirty and sticky with no one helping people in dining area. Food was slow to be delivered.
Just spent 44 minutes in the drive through 20 waiting to order and 24 minutes just to get my order. Not sure what's going on at 3-4 on a Saturday. I've never Seen a McDonald's that was empty inside move so slow. Management may want to find out what's going on. Cars wrapped around the building waiting.
Yesterday they got my order wrong but today they got it correct!! Just make sure you talk pretty slow and loudly so they hear what you're actually ordering! :)
Test your brother before me had a really large order. Rather than having them pull forward but the next cars come up to the window to get their orders they didn't have them move up they just had him sit there at the window. I get my food no thank you and my drink was flat.
Horribly slow but I enjoy getting food and sitting inside while the manager runs around crazy complaining how long lines are. All while he goes outside and goofs off.
I mean, it's McDonald's. I hate to get too critical because everybody knows what you're getting when you go there. Having said that, the staff was nice and the restaurant was clean.
Service was horrible. I put in a order for 10 cheeseburgers and 2 larger frys for me and my father and after it was placed all I heard was complaining from the kitchen side. On top of that there was a man saying the N-word in the work place. I felt very disrespected and upset with there poor attitudes and expect this to be dealt with. The time it happened at was 02/05/2022 at about 6:30pm
There is the sweetest lady who work the window she just make your day better. It's McDonald's so don't sent your standards high. To me it's a place for kids. They do have the best coke and fries.
The service sucked so bad .I was in the drive for 35 mins and when I got to the window they gave me the wrong food. And they were so rude. Forget that place.
Kenneth was really exceptional and nice. Dining in here was a wonderful experience. This McDonald’s never fails to disappoint as the staff here is so friendly! My favorite location in all of Tyler to go to! If you get Kenneth, he will make sure your visit is awesome!
