Food not fresh stale fries and not only that the lady hung up but not Just that just as quick as they take yourMoney that's how fast they need to be making my food fresh
Used to be the best one in Tyler, but as of late their service has slipped wayyyyy down. I would rarely get a messed up order (go for my morning latte and muffin) but recently have been getting stale muffins, bad attitudes at the window, and literally will try to pass off coffee as lattes ripping you off.
Ordered on app around 3:15am because we were hungry and had long day, got to the speaker around 3:25, she asked us to please wait. 4:10 we were like hey we ordered online… “we can’t make what you ordered because it’s past 4”I understand you are the only one working but there was literally no orders being made!? Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Dissapointed and tired, thanks McDonald’s.
Went around midnight in the drive thru and had to wait for over 30 mins. My best guess was that maybe they’re short staffed because their is no reason people should be waiting that long.
I've never ordered from a Mcdonald's that was so quick and accurate. Wonderful!!
I've always had a great experience at this McDonald's weather it's a little luck on my. Part or not I don't know lol food is always right always hot good customer service I dropped my drink carrier which detailed two large Cokes and a large shake a worker seen what happened and replaced all my drinks and even gave me an extra shake for one of my nephews that were with me
I purchased a Fish Fila meal. I had to go inside to get it to go because customers were wrapped entirely around the building. I walk out to my car and grab a frie out of the bag and they are ice cold.How can that be its busy new fries would be made nonstop yet mine cold and soggyHere is the best part I can't file a complaint because not a single cash register is able to print your receipt.And when you don't have your receipt, you don't know your order number so there are 5 customers standing at the front looking in bags trying to determine what order is theirs blowing their covid in other people's bags
SO RUDE!We just waited 40 minute to get our food. The guy taking the order (i think he had red hair) was so rude the entire time. He was constantly sighing, interrupting and correcting us. We only ordered a burger, nuggets & a large fry…. not sure what the problem was. The guy who handed us the food was nice, but we were missing our sauces. So we went inside to get them and the lady was petty and slapped some ketchup in a bag and sent us on our way….Definitely won’t be back. Management either needs to crack down on attitudes or hire some new employees. Sorry excuse for customer service except for the gentleman that handed us our food. He should get a raise for putting up with his coworkers.
Horrible service! No one got my order at the drive through, so I thought the speaker was broken, so I tried to order at the window. All I would hear “I’m sorry I can’t take orders at the window”.
Sat in line for 30 minutes with our 2 kids starving only ronget cold food and had the food remade wrong , asked for money back instead they brought us random food we didn't order, this time I demanded my.cash back and they wanted the receipt and brought baxk 3 dollars and 17 cents, order was $14+ they came back and wanted the fries my kids were munching on and their drink back to get the resr of out cash back. total wait 47 minutes. Worst experience ever and to take food back from a 3 year old and a 8 year old just to throw it away is beyond pathetic. The manager had a attitude and obviously issues to make 2 kids screaming an crying hungry. Mcdonalds is a kids burger joint,, Apparently this macdonalds hires individuals that lack compassion, kindness and bein polite with disregard for the customers.
