Pulled in there was a long line so pull to the outside drive thru and a white suv was sitting there letting the line back up eventually as it pulls up one of there employees walk away from it then the driver took ten minutes to order then after about another ten minutes make it to the window are drinks was water down and they still screwed up are order even though we gave are order to them 3 times horrible service

Got my order wrong and then acted like I inconvenienced them. Didn’t even offer me anything after driving home and back!
Had a loud mouth girl with me and they didnt act like it bother them and got us right on thru the drive-thru. I apologized for her as we left
The ice machine is almost always empty when I go by to get a coke so I stop going by there when the kids and I go visit my mom in tyler
This location is NOT the best one to go to in Tyler by NO means. Outside the restroom area smelled like something was mildewed or like there was a sewage leak somwehere. The play place has been closed for the past three weeks that I know of due to Covid but yet most of the tables and booths were not wiped off and you could visibly see left over spill spots, food crumbs and pieces of small trash. They have signs on alot of the tables staying they were all sanitized after every customer but I NEVER seen one employee go out to the lobby and clean ANYTHING!! And ive been there every single Tuesday for almost four weeks now. I suggest you pick a different location to eat at if your wanting some McD's folks.
Went to pick up door dash order. At 8:20 pm tonight. Was told in drive through there was not any ice cream. The order consisted of 2 sundaes, a cookie tote, and 2 fried pies. We waited 13 minutes at the drive through window until a manager on duty came to give us someone else's order. We told her we were doordash and waiting on an order. She then told us to come inside. Normally the doors are locked at 8 pm. Upon entering two Hispanic employees were soaking negatively in Spanish about us. We don't fit the part but are fluent in Spanish. Another employee came to see why we entered the building after 8 pm. When told of our order she then directed us out side to wait in our car an additional 12 min. To wait on the pies. At 8:53 we finally were given a cold order. Customer not happy.
I'm here alot.. sometimes I'm just in the area or it's because everyone from my husband's job flocks here because they only get a half hour lunch. Everyone in the restaurant business is struggling right now. I myself am. These girls and guys that work here seem to know a regular order as soon as they see the person. Most speak Spanish which is great to the public because I have a hard time translating at my own job. I was leaving just now and noticed Corporate or maybe even the owner of this particular establishment get out (5 men in a Texas extended cab.) I watched for quite awhile because if they were gonna start complaining about this and that I was happily going to remind them that these people work hard and maybe the exterior doesn't always meet their standards because these managers can only do so much. Employees are tired and maybe these head honcho fat cats could come help on occasion. . I had to go pick my husband up for his break but I want u guys at this location to know that's I understand and would never make u feel less than for awrong or incorrect order. These jobs are high stress and not enough pay.
Terrible.... My order wasn't right so o went back. And instead of taking the sandwiches that were wrong they took the whole bag back and I had to ask for my other sandwiche
They have a better rate of getting my order right than most McDonald's I've been to.
