Terrible terrible place to pick to eat between 10pm-5am. Either they’re out of something for weeks at a time or there closed for hours at a time between 1am and 5am every night when they’re only suppose to close between 2:30am and 3am to prepare for breakfast. But I honestly can say that they do have some good employees and when they are open and actually have food/cookies/ice cream, etc it’s pretty good. Other than that it’s very frustrating dealing with this McDonalds location.
The Apple pies definitely are not like they used to be. I don’t know if I just got a bad one or if they’re just not good anymore. But I probably haven’t had one in 1015 years. And today was gonna be the day. But it should’ve been today because it was horrible. The filling was all sticky and gummy,. When I’ve had them before the inside was Jesse and you could tell it was apples. But not anymore. I took it back for a refund.
Ordered food twice within 1-week for work crew. Was between 10-12 breakfast burritos each time and orders were wrong on both occasions and service was slow. Super friendly staff and clean location.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could, I showed up at the door at 6:10 am, this location was supposed to be opened at 6 am. I was trying to get in and the employee in the lobby kept trying to shew me away saying they werent open. Finally after standing there 5 or 10 minutes store manager pulled up, the employee let her in and shut the door in my face before the store manager had her olen the door. Once I was in nobody took my order, so I had to wait another 5 or 10 minutes to get my order take. All I was trying to do is get my breakfast and get back to the hospital where my husband has been couple weeks. This was the worst customer service experience ive ever seen or experienced. As a former mcdonald's employee from a different mcdonalds and other fast food restraunts I know customer service. This was by far the worst.
Was just at this restaurant, If you go inside workers act like they don’t see you.It wasn’t even busy .. I saw cars leaving the drive thru as if nothing & they took 15 mins plus on an order of a 6 piece chicken nuggets. Went to ask about my order & I asked for a refund instead. They right away brought out my order but I still wanted my refund. Person that took care of me was RUDE and was acting as if MCDONALDS wasn’t to go eat stating “people don’t like to cook” very very RUDE. I hope those types of workers get fired instead of giving people attitude.

Fast service and the food and mainly the fries were hot and fresh! For a late night snack I was impressed with McDonalds.
I am always disappointed going to this location early in the morning, there is always something wrong with my order or it takes forever. So before you drive off make sure they have you utensils to eat with, the correct sides, and the temperature is right. I have gone in multiple occasions and had luke warm coffee, cold fries, wrong order.
Service was a bit slow. Thinking they had several new people. The guy on the register had to keep stepping out to help and he was the only register open. They rely too much on to the kiosks which don't work well even for simple orders.
Four hash browns - that's all it took recently to comprise a breakfast that really satisfied! Everything I've eaten at McDonald's is wonderful but there's nothing like biting into hot golden crispy crunchy well cooked potatoes! Their hash browns are really something to look forward to!
