Ordered 2 teas with a Togo order. When the food was brought out, I was told to get it from the cashier who had a long line while the employee ran away and did something else. Since I didnt have the time to wait, I ended up leaving WITHOUT the $5 in teas that effectively were stolen from me. Pathetic! Won't be back and will be spending my money elsewhere that doesnt steal from you.
Their salads and lemonade is my favorite! Also love the $0.99 kids meals! Can't go wrong with any of the food here. Always good, fast service.
In one word, my experience was: awful. I ordered delivery. We were not given two items of our order, macaroni we were given wasn’t even a half of the cup given, and the soup we were given was the wrong soup. The tea also tasted DIRTY. Save your money and just order something else, other restaurants aren’t this terrible.
Savannah Chop Salad is always good. The lemonade drinks are refreshing, and amazing! This place is very clean. The workers are incredible, always ready to serve.
McAlister's is just as ,maybe even better than it always was.I love Ruben sandwich and theirs never disappoints,hubs got an Italian and I got a Reuben that we shared,.yummy,by the way their potatoes salad is great.Their ice tea is wonderful cold and o h so sweet.As side bar .That resistant is clean,really clean. Thank you guys,that means so much to us.
We always love this location. I meet my mom here once a month for lunch and she changes her ingredients on her salad a lot from the menu and they always get it correct for her. They are always super helpful, super quick about collecting your trash from your table and getting your drink refills. The only complaint I have is not for the location, but on our last visit there was a mom with 3 girls 7 & under (or so it appeared those ages) and the mom let 2 of them scream through our entire meal. I get that we were in the outer part of the restaurant, but it is still indoors and that's why we choose to sit there so we can actually visit. It wasn't just us that were annoyed as 3 other tables around us got up to leave and made comments about how rude it was for the screaming to continue. It wasn't like they were ill, or in trouble. One got her feelings hurt about something a cried for over 20 minutes straight, then 2 of them were chasing each other around the table screaming laughing so loud that even the servers rolled their eyes every time they came in the area. It appeared that the mom was interviewing someone, maybe a nanny to help her care for the kiddos, but she was having to talk so loudly over her girls that we could hear it was an interview. It's just rude to allow your children to use their outside voices while playing inside when people are TRYING to simply enjoy their meal. Next time just consider going to the park on a 70 degree sunny day :)
Absolute favorite restaurant in Tyler! When I say this place has the best customer service, I mean it. Kind, attentive and always friendly. My go-to meal is always the Spicy Southwest Chicken paired with a fruit cup. Delicious! Thank you for making every visit a great one!
Love, love, LOVE this place! I just stopped by for lunch and I can't say enough good things about the people who work there. Always kind, courteous, and makes you feel at home. I couldn't make up my mind today on which sandwich to go with, and the cashier was quick to offer suggestions! I went with the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch (no bacon or avocados because I'm a picky eater) AND boy if that suggestion didn't change my life. Will be my go-to from now on (except for when I'm feeling my Chipotle Ranch Spud) Thank you McAlister's for making every visit a pleasure!

My go-to place to eat when I'm on my lunch break. I know when I walk in this restaurant that I will be treated well, the food will come out fast and sooooo gooooood. Get the Turkey Pepperjack sandwich!!! The head manager Dave, I believe, always makes a point to stop by my table and say hello when I'm there. Love this place!!
