Their ice cream is delicious and they have a ton of toppings and add ins!
Absolutely delicious ice cream. Staff was super nice and let me take my time choosing what flavors I wanted as well as samples. Will be back every time I’m in Tyler, Texas.
GREAT ice cream with absolutely terrible service & personnel working their I wouldn't want serving me. Gave it a try anyway and won't be back. When buying an $8 ice cream cone, you'd think things would be exceptional - but NOPE. Our New America is hopeless!!
Fantastic place to visit! To start off the staff are very hard workers and provide great service. They even make some amazing desserts, for example the Majestic ice cream which is packed with goods like cotton candy, rimmed with whip cream and sprinkles, tons on candy mixed in. Its an amazing piece of work once its complete and tastes like a dream. I highly recomend this place over the others such as braums.

Are y’all using a knock off “Oreo cookies” for your mix ins? I had sweet cream mixed with Oreo cookies. The cookies did not taste like Oreos, at all.
Amazing as always. You can never go wrong with the sweet cream strawberry shortcake. The environment was clean the employees were helpful and friendly. I’d recommend this place to anybody.
the girl waiting on me forgot to give me back my bank card and i live an hour away and not sure when i was going to be returning. after talking to the manager she mailed me my card back to me and included a gift card with a note sorry for any inconvenience i thought that was so nice of her. when we are back that way we are certainly going to visit again
It was our first time in, and staff was super helpful! The store was very clean As well. Definitely will be returning next time we want a sweet treat :)
It's ok,some items are kind of pricey, and not delicious as they look,Friendly staff though.
