We were very nicely surprised at this little place. I had the guisado of the day (pork/red chile sauce) and it was excellent. The owner gave us samples of all the daily specials and they were all very good. Portion size is large and prices are reasonable. I am told they have Indian food on weekends (but will have to go back to try that.)
I ordered 4 Gorditas, I opened the box once I got home and I noticed they where raw, I gave it a chance and it was like eating dough, this is not even counting the watered down/plain "salsa". Honestly I've never experienced a "restaurant" where they don't know what they are doing. It will not surprise me when I see this place shut down.
I came in there for the first time and placed a to go order 2 or 3 nights ago. I live less than 10 minutes away from this restaurant and by the time I got home the food was cold and it didn't taste good. I also did not leave a tip but today I get a charge update on my card and y'all took an almost $10 tip anyways. We will not be going back.
The burrito platter made me through up and made me sick for the rest of the day.
Delicious. The rice is some of the best round. Freshly cooked and the meat was well seasoned. Much better than Mexico Lindo.
My father and I ordered the "Taco Plate" ($10.99) and our final bill was $30 ?. The waiter accedently added a taco when we asked for an Al Pastor substitution. still definitely too much for 4 corn tortilla tacos (a shrimp, Carne asada, and two Al Pastor tacos plus refried rice and beans) bc they charge 75 cents for ig water when they don't have cups so they make you buy bottled or chips that are usually free. The tacos, chips and salsa were all great good taste and size just as reasonable as a small Mexican restaurant should be.
Awesome experience, good kind service and extremely good food. Worth every penny!!
Exellent service, and delicious food

I haven’t been to this restaurant but I don’t think I need to pay $12.99 for two eggs, pico de Gallo, rice, beans, and some tortillas. I just wonder how long this restaurant has been open and how long before it folds. I go to Tyler a lot and I was thinking on going to give it a try.
