Absolutely the best food and service we have ever had in Tyler. Waitress, Taylor, was amazing ! Can't wait to go back !!

First time visit. The bread and service were great and things went downhill from there. Got the 12 ounce Ribeye, cooked medium with steamed broccoli and a salad. Ate half of everything and started feeling bad. Got a To Go box and took the remaining food home. On the way home I had to pull over 3 times to throw up and twice more after I got home. Had more issues the next morning that I won't go into now.My dog wouldn't eat the leftover steak. Tried calling LongHorn management for two days and they would not return my phone calls. Nothing like spending $25 to get food poisoning and throwing your guts up.My message to LongHorn management: "Please tell me why I should ever come back to your restaurant to eat or recommend to friends and family to eat there?"

I enjoy going to the Longhorn Steak House. The service is good. The people are nice and the food is what I would expect for a steak house. We eat here every couple of months. I enjoy the quiet ambiance. It is more relaxing than other establishments I have frequented.

We tend to ask our server lots of questions when we haven’t been there before and our server Andie was just absolutely top notch! She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality to pair with it.We have a 5 year old daughter so it always helps when she’s included in the conversations just as the adults are and Andie was the best. Will definitely return on account of the food, but Andie definitely sealed the deal

Excellent drinks and dinner. Our server Stephanie was top-notch, very professional and did a great job.

Food was very delicious. Our Server, Victoria was Amazing. The only issue we had was, a couple at a table by a window, opened the blinds as the sun was going down and the sun was in our eyes. Several Servers asked them to close the blinds, but they refused. Other than that, all was good

The restaurant has a great vibe! Wonderful service, wheelchair accessible, very clean, extremely inviting. We had a large party and our waitress was beyond "on top of things", no one ever had to ask for a drink or anything. She even offered to take pictures for us and she was great at that too. I wanted my steak rare (I gave the instructions, "flip, flip, serve.") But it came to the table medium rare. It still had a great taste, decent seasoning, and I must admit there are very few restaurants that get my steak cooked correctly. Since this is a steak house I did expect more from the New York Strip that I got. My daughters plate cost $30.00 and she was extremely happy with yhe quality of shrimp and steak. Some of the foods were over priced but everyone was very satisfied and there were no complaints. When we left there was a long, long line of people waiting to get in and be seated. Drop by, you'll enjoy your meal and have some to take home!

The waitress was amazing really she had 2 helpers I think one was the floor supervisor or something he was kool too. The food is always great and they have the best broccoli. I didn't order it this time I had the Outlaw Ribeye and chicken wraps for appetizer.

Been here a couple of times, the food and desserts are very good, the staff are very friendly and attentive. We usually get some sort of steak and it's wonderful, one of my wife's favorite sides is the Mac n' cheese they have with bacon in it (though could use a little more bacon). I haven't had all the desserts yet, but the ones I have had were excellent.I would say the only thing is to call for waiting times before you go, this place is very busy during certain hours depending on what day you go.

The food and service was exceptional. Juan was very attentive, polite and professional. The portion size was perfect! The food was cooked to perfection! I even had extra to take home!
