No Hot and ready. Waiting 25/30 minutes not like it’s gourmet pizza. Bunch of lazy bodies
Customer service doesn't exist at this location. The one on HWY 69 in Jacksonville, of all places, is better. The "workers" are always playing really loud/inappropriate rap music in the back and lack any sort of friendliness. I never get greeted or thanked; when someone finally does come to the counter they just stand there with a blank expression; never a 'Hey, how are you? What can I get for you?' I called last night because it's been a while since I've had a pizza, but when the lady answered the phone (after 20 rings), "Little Cesar's," and I made known I wanted to make a to go order, "alright..." was her second response so I just said, "never mind," and hung up. We are all paid actors at our jobs, no one is happy about working at a fast food place I get it, but it's the job! If you don't like acting at a fast food place maybe you should go try your hand at being an extra in the next Johnny Depp movie.
Called all the way from my house in Bullard to Three Lakes in Tyler NO ANSWER..pull up to the window (phone still ringing) I ask the girl is something wrong with the phones she says no there are only 2 people working and they don't have time to answer the phone..."WHAT??" I get people are low staffed but as a business the way to make money is to answer the phone for the customers you work for. Take pride in the job you have, many are looking for work wishing they could answer that phone!!!
Went in got a hot n ready pepperoni and ordered chicken wings and they took some regular wings already cooked out of warmer and went and dipped them in some stuff.didnt even make me fresh ones there are no condiments on shelf .only one hot n ready in the warmer and employees are cursing in the back took them 3 minutes to come too the counter.
The Little Caesars by Three Lakes always give me my order last, I order b4 others and they get their order and I'm still waiting. In the drive thru your told to pull around and they will bring it out and yes someone brings some out but it's never mine and I always end up going inside with my ticket! I see people walk in and literally order right in front of me and walk out with their food, and where am I, still sitting and waiting.
Too many people not enough coverage. The food was fresh and we loved the batman calzone
The pizza was just thrown together had places with no cheese on it and very little toppings
Honestly this place just keeps getting worse every time I go…. The bread sticks undercooked the pizza was hard and not fresh….. and all of the employees are not that friendly at all
Terrible. Got 2 deep dish pizzas and were seriously raw dough all the way across. Called and drove 35 minute round trip to get replacement pizzas and they were cooked better but still wasn't completely done and could still taste dough a little. I didn't ask for compensation but wasted 20 bucks and an hour of making 2 trips to just throw the pizza out. Had PB&J for dinner. No Good! ??
I’ve ordered from here twice and both times my deep dish pizza wasn’t cooked all the way, not really even half way cooked…. I’m not sure what that is about… my cheese pizza was weird, the outside looked fine but the center of the pizza looked like old cheese that sat for a while.
