Was told wait time for chicken was 20 minutes abandoned ended up being almost one hour. Chicken was still not fully cooked. It Was disgusting. Never again eating there.
The bread on the chicken would not stay on. It was ssoggy an no where near crispy just terrible all the way around
As per earlier review, we purchased 8 piece bucket KFC chicken, but came home with only 4 pieces and 2 tiny ones.However, when we came back 3 days later, with the same staff in the counter, we raised up the issue. Without much questions, he give us another bucket with 8 pieces of chicken - hot and tender KFC chicken. We are very much surprised with the gesture made to compensate the mistake that had happened.Thank you KFC! We will surely come back to KFC at Walmart in Loop 323 to patronize their business.
Food posioning :(
Giving 4 stars because of how great the (2-3 person) staff was. But they definitely need more help.HOWEVER, Walmart needs to add some sort of sign outside so that people actually know there is a KFC inside of it. I thought google was taking me to a none existent KFC location (while in active food delivery service) because there was no indication of one from the outside.
Took a while to get my food and I didn't get my 10 piece chicken wings.
I ordered the $30 deal which came with chicken and tenders. NEVER got my tenxers and i can't find a jumber to call to let y'all know. I will not be back after this. If you can't propeely do your job you shouldn't be there.
