WE'RE BACK! A different location this time. My son and I are in town for a baseball tournament. On our last night in town we decided we wanted another Jucys hamburger. We had visited another location on our maiden voyage a few days prior. This location was closer to our hotel. Our maiden voyage didn't disappoint nor did this visit. By far the BEST hamburger I've had in years. Seriously! We decided to also try the bacon cheddar fries. HUGE portion. We couldn't finish it...but we tried. I love this place. Can't wait to find an excuse to come back. Staff was great too. Thanked us as we left.
Ordered online and will not do takeout from Jucys again. I only had to drive less than ten minutes to home and the food was not good. Fries cold, BLT very soggy, chicken fried steak sandwich missing the pepper Jack cheese we paid extra for, and fried green tomatoes undercooked. I asked for a 5:45 pickup, got there at 5:40, but didn’t get the food until 6:00. All-around very poor experience.
Last night my family went into Juicys and this woman came in very upset about how her burger was made it was very evident this woman was not telling the truth at all! She was cussing the poor manager out and everyone else working in the store very very rude! The reason I could not work in this industry is because if someone talked to me or my fellow-coworkers I’d get super ugly! However, the manager was BEYONNNDDDDDD PRECIOUS! Even though this woman was NOT telling the truth. All she was doing was trying to get free food! I just wanted to hop on here and say I am so thankful for those employees who are willing to work! And this amazing manager who remained above reproach!! The food was amazing and staff was amazing!!
Not only do the burgers have burgers in them, but the salads are out of this world! Highly recommend!

A very good cheeseburger, note they don't have any protective divider between the cashier and the customer. They have a pot of beans self serve for all customers. A pleasant meal.
The cheddar bacon fries are awesome. But I will not try another biscuit sandwich. It was so hard I had to toss it.
On my last visit, I got the chicken fried steak, and it was absolutely delicious! I would possibly say it's the best one in Tyler, TX! My family was able to fill up for a reasonable price, and everything was hot and delicious! The staff is super helpful and courteous as well.
Was in town to attend my brother's funeral. After the visitation, I wanted to try this place. Got the regular burger, no tomato with tater tots and a medium root beer. Also got a portion of the pinto beans, which are free. Good beans with a hint of heat. The half pound burger was not juicy as they had mashed it with the spatula. They need to use smaller buns also. Tots and beans were the best part of the meal. I don't recommend and will not return.
Jucys is a great place to dine in, with great food and a wonderful atmosphere. Stop by you will not be disappointed.
