In town for a baseball tournament. My son and I were looking for a place to eat after his game. He picked out this place. Our maiden voyage...And it did not disappoint. I ordered the super cheeseburger by mistake. I say mistake because I didn't know how HUGE it was. Had to have my son help me finish it. The burger was delicious. Hand cut fries, delicious. Staff was great. We made sure we would be making a trip back.
There's nothing like wanting a homemade burger but not wanting to cook! There is a great blessing in being able to want that homemade burger and being able to go to Jucy's and get a homemade burger, just no kitchen or dishes to clean after you eat! I got the bacon cheeseburger and I was not disappointed! It was huge, I could not finish it. When you go through 15 napkins, eating one burger, you know it's good! Sauce and juices running down your hands and arms doesn't sound fun at all but your taste buds are so busy having a party in your mouth, you just wipe off your arms and keep eating. Oh and be sure to get their amazing fries or their gigantic onion rings, too. Anything from their menu will satisfy your tummy I assure you.At this particular restaurant it was very clean, the employees were smiling and kind. Our food was made perfectly and the bathrooms were clean and handicap accessible. Want a burger? Go to Jucy's! It's that simple!
All three times I’ve been gotten the same thing Bacon cheese burger and the cooks has failed to add my bacon. How do you not add the main ingredient to a BACON CHEESEBURGER and its mad annoying cause I’m not going to open my bag right there and I’m not driving all the way back for slices of bacon. That’s like $6 BOOOOO DO BETTER ??????
The place looked dirty. The food was not very good and the prices were high for what you get. They don't offer combos so you pay for everything separately. I don't think I'll be back. If I have the stars is just because some people who were with me enjoyed their hamburger.
I never knew Jucy's had grilled cheese and a really good black bean burger - along with the best French fries in town.I'm sure the Burgers are great too. The veggie Burger is one of the best in Tyler.
This place stinks! They always mess up our order! My gf ordered a veggie burger on a lettuce wrap. It was so pathetic we had to take a picture and write this review. Also all of the other items were missing various toppings, they gave us two orders of onion rings instead of fries we ordered. We live less than 5 minutes away from the location and all of our food was cold when we got home. Overpriced, poor service and to top it off I got Diarrhea! Thanks!
LOVE LOVE LOVED it!! I had one of the most delicious party melts that I have had in a long time. My friend got the bacon cheese burger and it was huge. She lived it. Would definitely recommend it and I will be eating there again myself.

Basically a Wendy’s. Buns were very bready. NOT TOASTED. Meat was huge but unremarkable. Just really, really way under my expectations for a place that looked as good as it did with really positive reviews. I really do like the buns scorched nicely on the griddle and for the meat to have some character. This meat, though large almost seemed steamed. Seemed so promising.
If you want a Burger, Fresh and tasty, then this is your place. Fantastic burger and the fries are very good and fresh cut.
