Absolutely love the quality of the service from the team members here! I have kind of an odd order and not only do most of them have it memorized, but I have even noticed team members reminding the person at the grill of my order a second time, to ensure it is made correctly. I am definitely a regular here, and the employees are always super efficient and give fantastic customer service.This location is also super clean, even during their lunch rush. Employees always have gloves on and the place is nearly spotless. Definitely a strong team and always impressed here. 10/10!
The sandwich boys at this location obviously don't want to do there job and just mess with you on the phone acting like they can't hear you then want to give you the run around on making hot sandwiches. I think management should be looking into the conduct of the help at this restaurant.
My mom, stepfather and I went to eat at Jersey Mike's today and it was delicious. The food is great for the price! My boyfriend and I usually have dinner here once a week. They were donating all of the days profits to The Special Olympics...The noise level of music and employees was almost unbearable. Construction on the building is going very slow, the outside tables and chairs are missing.We will be back. Once all of the construction is done.
They know my order by sight at this point and my kids are always pleased to see that brown bag.
Every time I've gone to this Jersey Mike's location the staff has been exceptional. Great customer interaction and very knowledgeable about the menu. The sandwiches are awesome, freshest ingredients. Very clean drink station, tables, and bathrooms.
As always it was fabulous! Love the turkey w swiss on a rosemary mini bun!!!
The food looks just like the pictures. Yes it's a little more than subway but these sandwiches actually fill you up and they're perfectly proportioned with everything. They are the closest thing to a New Jersey hoagie I've ever had here in Texas. Excellent service they really appreciate that you were there and you were treated like a valued customer not a number. Freaking awesome guys keep up the good work I wish you were in Palestine.
I had the philly cheese steak,Very salty. The employee that was preparing my sandwich was very RUDE, ALL I ASKED WAS FOR HIM TO LEAVE OUT THE JALAPEÑOS ??♀️ he slammed my bun down hard and was speaking rudely.
Our sandwiches are always amazing in here! We love that we can order online and run by during lunch for a quick grab & go! No lines to wait in! We eat here twice a month and they always get our order correct, we've never had any problems here.
Pretty good. I'm from NJ the gabagool looks different than what I'm used to but still good.
