Ordered my usual, the "salad bar"... it was good, except when I went back to get a clean bowl, I was told I couldn't have seconds now. The WHOLE POINT of a salad bar, especially at Jason's Deli, is the endless salad.. that's the only reason I went there. No one mentioned this to me when I ordered, plus I did not see anything posted that told me. If it's posted, it needs to be easily seen. If I had known, I'd have gone somewhere else. So now it's more expensive for less food.. seriously disappointed and annoyed, I probably won't be back. Oh, and my husband's sandwich was so small and the chips stale.
Used to love coming here and very much enjoyed their food and it was a great place to take my kids also. Unfortunately they have lost my business forever. I ordered my usual sandwich, when it came out with literally not even a full slice of turkey on one half I brought it back and asked for it to be remade. They refused saying that's the normal way they make it. I tried to talk to them and they just kept refusing and would not remake. I got a refund and won't be returning. Paying over $10 for a meat sandwich with no meat and then being treated the way I was, not ok. Never ever recommending or going here again.
Horrible service! Ordered some simple sandwiches and waited for what seemed like 20-25 minutes. Watched as everyone around us got their food ate and left. No one came out to us to say there was a problem with our food or anything. I went to the car for a few minutes and my wife called to let me know the chicken was the delay!! Could someone have told us ? No because they could care less so bye bye Jason's!!!!!
Things to know about the NEW Jason's Deli. 1. No longer serve an unlimited salad buffet, it is one trip only. We were told to "pile it on". 2. There are no more plates on the buffet for your bread and add-ons. 3. Prices have increased overall. Additionally, the food was not good...cold soups with little flavor, definitely not worth the price. Also, one cannot possibly have a nice salad from the salad bar because stuff is missing, and you can't pile everything you want in one little bowl. Glad to say I won't be back to the new post pandemic Jason's Deli.
I would recommend this place and their kind staff 100xs! I am beyond thankful for the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Bobby for going above and beyond helping out a mom eating alone with her baby by grabbing things I needed & making sure I was taken care of the entire visit. Thank you Mrs. Bobby, you’re one in a million!!!
The manager, delivery driver, and staff could not have been more kind and helpful. They fixed a problem created by a delivery provider (not them), and did so quickly, and went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
Best salad bar in town! Service is always fast. Employees have all been great. They do a good job of keeping it clean.
What a great place! Such good food & what a selection. Nice that it is open until 10:00. The place is really clean & the staff is very friendly & professional. Will definitely tell friends & we will be back!
I love ordering salads from here but always have something missing when I go to pickup from curbside. Today I had 7 items missing off of my ticket. The manager handled it well so I gave it 2 stars just because of that. So I recommend dining inside so you can get it done right.
I went in during my lunch break and ordered this Alfredo pasta without chicken and it hardly had pasta in there. I order this all the time and it has never looked like this. They also didn't give me the bread that comes with the pasta.
