The serve was great the food was average nothing special why did they stop selling the red cut potatoes and serve those nasty potato squares the pancakes aren't buttermilk anymore now they are like any other pancake has a flour taste unless you plaster then with butter yourself times keep changing for the worst but the cost keep going up spending right at 45 bucks 2 meals should taste better
Worst pancakes I've ever had. I ordered strawberry and banana pancakes. They were pasty and had absolutely no fluffiness to them. The 4 sausage links I ordered were colder that room temp and not browned properly. Our server appeared to intentionally overlook us and ignore our attempts to get her to come to our table (there were only 2 other tables with customers at them and no one waiting to be seated). My husband's Colorado omelet made him sick to the point of vomiting and had severe stomach pains for several hours after. This was the worst experience I've ever had a restaurant. I will never go to an IHOP again.
Good food. Really not crowded but waited a while to be seated. Waitress slow to take drink orders. Food arrived within a reasonable about of time; but took longer for waitress to check back with us. Waited the longest for togo containers and the check. Had to flag down another employee to assist. Left waitress a tip that reflected the poor service. After this visit, I will spend money at the other IHOP at 209 S SW Loop 323.
I am only giving three stars cause I usually enjoy eating at this location,something was really off on this visit ,per the staff the order screens were down which caused a delay in orders. I can say I got an ice cold waffle with my chicken tenders but the waiters kindness and courtesy made up for everything,,,the young man that is here from New Orleans is a definite keeper,it made all the difference in the world,I saw how hard he worked to rebound from the delayed orders and for that reason I didn't complain not once,just ate my cold waffle and enjoyed watching my daughters eat their pancakes and chicken,,,still an ok visit. ..
Nice hot coffee and an delicious bacon and a waffle after being in Emergency Room most of day til late. Good food and service. Nice to have them open late to eat.Definetlyvisit again.
The food was brought out promptly, the big steak omelet is delicious great portion size, Victoria is an amazing server.
waitress was fast, friendly and offered cheaper menu options that I was unaware of. Clean atmosphere, food was fresh and very good
Short staff. Pancakes where not cook all the way I should have said something then. But I waited way ti long. The one by Broadway is much better. Maybe little more training or get more staff..

Disgusting. Great place to go for poor service, jacked up prices, and HAIR ever so kindly cooked in your food. I’ll never eat here again or any of the other locations. I’ll gladly take my money to somewhere clean and great menu prices. This location is nasty!!! Dried food on the silverware and trash under the table… ummm ewwwww. I used to be the biggest fan of ihop but not anymore. If I could put stars in the negative I would. -100/10 worst place. *WOULD NOT RECOMMEND*
