We're from longview but in the tyler area and had to visit this location. Super sweet employees! We are never disappointed when getting our tea fix at HteaO. Absolutely the best place for quenching your thirst. Definitely get the APP and collect your points.
I love HTeaO product. I love all the friendly workers but lately there is a man, his badge says Ric- he is not a morning person at the drive thru. He is quite rude, not friendly at all.Even though I'm extremely friendly. This past week I have came twice in the morning on the way to work. I would have come more but didnt want to deal with him. I got off early today and praying "Ric" wouldn't be there and low and behold he answered the drive thru. Same demeanor as the morning times. You should probably do a test secret shopper in the early morning so you can see for yourself...he is going to drain the business. I love the afternoon crew as I get my tea on the way home. Let me know if it changes and I will start to come back in the mornings too. Thank you.
My only complaint is my cup is empty. Delicious tea, friendly staff. 10 out of 10 can recommend
Best Tea in town, with unmatched service! I have never had an issue at this place. I live on Kinsey Drive and it’s worth the drive over and through town to have a refreshing treat. Me and my kiddos try and make it at least 2 times a week. Highly recommended!! Awesome rewards program too. Let’s blow this place up so maybe we can get an additional location on the south side ?
What a great place. Reasonable prices, extremely fast service, and friendly staff. I would go here every day if it was closer to where I live but well worth the drive. If you love tea, it's the place to be.
First time coming here and I really like it. They have a huge variety of teas to choose from the combinations are endless. The customer service was great. I will definitely recommend it.
This is a once a week stop for me I love their tea it's always fresh and cold!The store is nice and modern, although stands they have in the center can make you feel like you are in a rat maze.Cleanliness is on point here. Staff is usually friendly
I love this place. You get to choose so many kinds of tea! There HUGE cup is only $3.15. So they are cheap and very good. Their customer service is amazing too.

Absolutely in love with this place! They have something for everyone. They have both sweet, unsweetened, Splenda, caffeinated, or decaf not to mention all the flavors to choose from. I love the blueberry tea! Also enjoy the fresh fruit you can add to your tea. The snacks here are great too, they have plenty of healthy options like granola bars and Skinny Pop! Happy hour is the best!
