This is not the best Golden Corral. The food was so, so. The steak was terrible I thought. The seasoning was weird or the meat might need to be a bit fresher. It had a bit of a twang to it. The mash potatoes was really thin but the gravy was good. The rolls were the best part. The sweet potato casserole was ughhh, not the best. overall, I would give this place a B- concerning the food quality & presentation.
Went for the 1st time last night it and was definitely not impressed...first of all, for my 3 kids and my wife and I it was $100...14.99 plus, and get this, 5.00 a piece for a lg drink! Secondly, the majority of the food was about as good as a TV dinner with the meatloaf, rice and dessert bar being the exceptions. The mac n cheese was mush...pot roast was desert dry... and so on. Definitely disappointed. Was maybe worth about $10 a person with drink included and would still be eh.

My husband asked the manager if there was Corned Beef and Cabbage since it is St. Patrick's Day, he said yes. There wasn't! The waitress never come over to us to greet us. Never gave us the free biscuits and butter! Drinks empty never offered to refill them. We had to ask her. We both asked for refill said no ice. She returned with one drink with ice. I said no ice. She replied with an attitude and pointing on the ice in the drink almost touching the drink there is ice before I could finish. We both asked for no ice. Finally, I had to yell we both wanted no ice. She came back with one drink. My husband and I said we both wanted one with no ice. She said with an attitude he never said he wanted one with an attitude. We both said yes he did. She pointed her finger at me yelling at me to stop yelling at her. Since she didn't introduce herself to us I don't have her name. We asked for a manager which she never went and got. I have been a waitress before as well as a manager in the food industry. Very terrible service and attitude. When I had a difficult customer I would go and get the manager to help deal with said customer. THE BEST PART OF THE EXPERIENCE WAS THE GRILL COOK! THE MANAGER KEPT TRYING TO GIVE US WELL DONE STEAK WHEN WE ASKED FOR MEDIUM RARE. HE EVEN TOLD THE MANAGER WHAT TYPE OF STEAK WE WANTED AND WAS COOKING SOME FRESH FOR US. HE MADE SURE OUR STEAKS WERE MEDIUM RARE! MY HUSBAND EVEN TIPPED HIM FOR DOING A GREAT JOB! I MIGHT GO BACK IF JORGE IS WORKING!! HE IS AN AWESOME WAITER! TWICE NOW MY HUSBAND HAS TIPPED THE GRILL COOKS FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB!!
Not a good experience the last time we visited wich was after church. It was so crowded it took a few min to get drinks and to get our rolls was even longer and we asked for butter all we got was a spoon full of butter in a small bowl. Also when I went up to ask for a piece of steak I got bout a 2 ounce piece of steak since there was a line for the steak . This place has good food but if it's busy the customer service is slow but understandable for it being busy.
We came in for the first time last weekend for breakfast, the food was AMAZING! We were given free orange juice and had a great time talking to some of their "regulars." Also the bathrooms were spotless!I did feel bad for our server due to he was the only one there, but the hostess Marcella pitched in and helped him bus tables, gave us refills, treated us as family and was running the register at the same time!If you are looking for a family oriented place with good food and have super clean bathrooms this is the place to go!
Food was decent. A good selection of desserts. Only complaint I have is with our server. Our server was Lexi and she was rude and had a foul mouth. My grandchildren shouldn't have to hear foul language coming from an employee. She acted like she was completely put out by having to do her job. You have to be generally somewhat personable to be a decent server. She was not. She wasn't busy but got my drink refill wrong three times in a row. ?
The waitstaff was very friendly. Our waitress Jenna was wonderful, she was very attentive and talkative with the three small kids that we had with us. The food was tasty and plentiful, and our glasses were always full. Thanks
This used to be one of my favorite places but now the food and service quality have gone down a lot. I would not recommend anymore.
Best Golden Corral by far. Great food and super clean. Janet, our waitress was FANTASTIC. She was so sweet with all of her tables and on top of everything!
