The tacos, and we ordered a variety of them, were mediocre at best. My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday because we were tired it was late and they were close and open. We were stopped at the door by a greeter/ID check. Went in and the music(if that's what it was) was so loud we had to yell at the cashier to order. We got ours to go even though we were looking to eat out. While waiting my wife and I became nauseous because of the bass ? was so high. Our order was missing our condiments that we ordered. I doubt if it come back I'll find somewhere that wants customers to come in and relax to eat.

Shrimp Pineapple Salad ? ??? No Salad Dressing just Butt Burnin Sauce (not Spicy) lolGreat Salad and only $8.79(I took off ingredients I couldn't Eat) so may look a little boring, but it was Delicious. #eatwitkei #heavykei

This is one of my regular places. They have an awesome shrimp quesadilla. Really, most things here are great. And, the staff is friendly, with reasonable prices. I’ll keep showing up as long as I’m here.

The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because the food was good BUT the service was NOT. This was our first time here so we walked in and had no clue what to do really. There was a young lady with braided hair working the front counter. We stood there for a good 5 minutes before we asked someone standing if they were in line and they said no and so we stood there again for another minute before she looked up and asked what we wanted. We did not get greeted, she was not friendly at all, no hello, nothing. We had a lot of questions it being our first time and I cannot make this up, she got on her cellphone and started texting during us talking…. When we finally sat down we didn’t get our bar drinks. I went and asked where we got them at and she said “oh my bad i forgot give me a second” and then got back on her cellphone to text again before making our drinks. We had half our food ate before getting our drinks. When she made our drinks she sat them on the counter and walked away and did not even notify us they were done. Customer service is key to good restaurants and I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but please train your employees to greet and take care of paying customers before they get on the floor. experiences like this make me not want to go back.

I made an online for pickup on (02/20/22), and it was set for 7:15pm. When I arrived I went to the front, and told the cashier that I had a online order to pick up. She then told me that for some reason that their would be a 35 min wait time, even though I placed the order before 3:00pm. I waited for a while, then one of the cooks in the back asked what was the name of my order. I told them the name, and he said "we don't have a order for him" I said hmm..and showed them the order, and then he went to get a cashier to look up the order, they found it and made it, when I finally left and got home, I saw my order was wrong, I did not get my guacamole, 2 of my tacos was chicken, and not brisket, and seasoning was on the chips, when it should have been plain. I would like this issue addressed. Because this was a waste of money. So I would like to know how I can get this resolved since it was an online order. I submitted a claim on (02/22/22) and did not get a response back. Also tried calling the restaurant that same night but one one picked up. I did call the corporate office, and a lady at the front desk gave me the Owner's email address, but guess what turns out when I tried emailing it it NEVER went through. I also tried calling the corporate office today (03/10/22), but no one picked up, even though I tried for like 30 mins.

Sticky seats, overcooked beans, undercooked rice, bland chicken and I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the bathroom...how hard is it to wipe the table, chairs and bathroom door. So disgusting. Not coming back. Too many other good places to eat in Tyler.

I give 3 stars because their food is always really good but, 99% of the time, they leave something out of the order (to go). I don't know if it has something to do with the screen they're reading or what. We've been going to Fuzzies for awhile and it's usually different cooks or food preparers. The thought has crossed my mind that it's being done on purpose. I don't know. We did get to where we were taking our order out of the bag and counting everything to make sure its all there. I guess we'd better keep on doing it. Fuzzies, Tyler, Tx, on Troup Hwy.

I love fuzzys, their food is always great. This particular visit on a Sunday afternoon sucked. I went to get lunch for work- ordered and waited almost an hour for my food. The poor staff only had 2 people working and got stuck with a large catering order before the after church rush came in. The poor manager had to have his parents come help due to lack of staff. The one employee that was supposed to come in didnt show up. Fire that person, the other two did great despite their staffing issues.

Fuzzy's Tacos is an iconic taco eatery that I like. The food is good, I'm not fond of the beer signs, they are more "in your face" than a typical bar and dining experience. And slightly louder than normal music... it isn't really conducive to family dining experience. That is why 4 instead of 5 stars. But the taco salad bowl, and tacos here are unique and everyone should try them.

We went on a Sunday night and ordered a order of chips and guacamole for take out. After 15 minutes they still hadn't called our name for a simple order of chips and guacamole. I know many places are suffering from lack of employees but this was ridiculous. We left without our food because we had to go, so I don't know if the food is good but the service and speed was horrible. Dont go if you are in a hurry or want your food to ever come out.
